Maybe that´s way the rocket keep falling down on Sderot because in Gaza the rockets that KILL palestinians by numbers comes from helicopters and a "democratic society"? They have no shelterrooms, food, electricity at all.
Numbers of the last week: 19 palestinans dead - 1 israeli.
they don´t get billions of dollars from the USA. That´s Israel that gets inform of weapons aso! BIG BIG DIFFERANCE! And yes EU do support the PALESTINIAN STATE with some funding but as you well know, Israel is bombing all infrastructure to pieces. No the Palestinians don´t get a lot weather it might be Water & land ,food, electricity, health, future, bomb shelters. Israel is not the victim even if some citizens are victims. Palestine is the victim of apartheid, colonalism and annexation.
First of all thank you for replying objectively, I appreciate that you acknowledged the fact that there are people suffering on both sides, and didn't disregard the pain of the people who are living in Sderot. Thank you, haven't seen such a mature reply in a long while.
Now, I don't think the horrors of war should be judged according to how many people die. Surely you must understand that.
But I must say, ever since I was a baby I was raised surrounded by the hope for peace.
Never have I watched a children programme that encouraged killing ("Jihad"). Never was I promised an afterlife by killing others. Never was I taught in school that murdering innocents is a good deed.
I don't believe, I don't want to believe, that the Palestinian children are actually being brought up surrounded by any of the above. But this is how it seems to me. I hope not. :\
Listen, do you think the Israeli army is killing citizens on purpose? We're trying to avoid that! Israel could have wiped out Gaza from the air and yet trying to avoid casualties we send troops. We're not aiming at citizens. We keep providing electricity and water to Gaza. Some Palestinians citizens are getting medical and surgical treatment in Israel (they do, but no one will ever show that on the news..)
Is bombing a night club full of teenagers legitimate? Is there something more horrible than a sniper deliberately aiming his rifle at a one-year-old baby?
You must see that the matter is not as black and white as it seems.
I hope one day things will get better. Maybe as soon as everyone stops blaming each other and start talking...

It's not awful for Hamas. Why should they care about jewish children if they strap explosive to their own?
And by the way, the poor Palestinians DO receive billions of dollars. But destruction seems to be the only thing they can accomplish.

Theese Palestinian get billions of Euros from the EU and billions of dollars from the USA.
They have no shelters because they spend the money on weapons to terrorize Israel.
