Looks like a good buy but someone would still need to pull up some comps. Properties backing up to commercial land will always have more marketing time since agents shy away from showing those homes until they get down to the bottom of the barrel.

Billy, keep in mind that what you see with your eyeballs is a lot different than what a video camera is capable of seeing. The camera needs TIME to 'focus' and can't just be spun here and there like you turn your head. Have a great year!
