Its on the bass drum.

What you do is, if you have the L bars

instead of putting the long part into the bass drum you put the long part into the tom and put the short end in the bass drum.

no, its Pork Pie Acrylic Pig Lite...but it runs for only about 200 at guitar center. So its REALLY good for the sound. its tuned way tight in this video, but latley ive been med. tuning it, and it sounds really good.
