Love the bike and the screen, I'm sure it provides some wind reduction. Can't decide between this or the Speed Triple. Seems to be a matter of horsepower and weight.

@giogibsongio There is no fuel level indicator, but when your running low, the fuel light comes on to let you know you have about 5 miles left in the tank.

Does the screen do ANYTHING for wind? Or just for show?

The screen does absolutly nothing about the wind. Just got it as i thought it looked nice. But i like it without too!

@weemull did you have to drill holes in the Flyscreen in order to put the visor on?

@goodmond I bought the bike with the black screen installed, but if you buy it separate you will have to drill holes in the flyscreen. I hear it's not difficult at all and i have taken it off to clean before and there's not much to it!

is there a waiting list when you ordered your blazing orange street triple r?

According to my local dealer (uk) triumph are making less of the blazing orange r as they assumed the gray has a higher demand.

However, he has had more requests for the orange than the gray, however people tend to go gray due to the waiting list. Not sure what the situation is like stateside, but i would guess it's much the same.

I was lucky, he had ordered an orange one in and i called the same day and bought it! Got it 2 weeks later!
