  • Geez, Kenny is Channeling Jimmy Reed on the vocals!!!

  • Can't find to many really great musicaly sounded vids from my fave neil. Something needs to be done about this. If you have better audio recordings, please send them. Love this Man when he was a very young man. Touring the local bars. Gainesville, Fl., He was with his great dad Raful and , beleive it or not James Cotton.!!!!!!!! a few hundred at most. What a day. What a show.

  • YEp! Thak th powers that be that he finally has been given some of the more proffesssional recordings. Not that this is the best, They're very hard to come from. String it, tune it, get what you deserve!!! your fan from the early 80's Love and peace.

  • Why does kenny live is yuppie palo alto california? Certainly not for the low taxes. If he's a swamp blues man he should be at the source.

  • Great stuff man! If this is boring you ain't listenin' right!

  • Amen to that!

  • Boring. Need some horn players!

  • you don't feel...

go back to H. (born 11.27.42)

maybe he get you gittin' on the right way...

he did a lil, but would just play the BLUES now

    (horns are fine too...)

  • Kenny is superb. I do hope he has recovered well after being seriously ill for so long. Thank you for posting this one.

  • His illness is hepatitis C. The treatment, interferon is suspect has significant side effects which i'm sure is why he took off.

The problem with how he handled it was that some fans thought he might have cancer or something deadly.

HCV is also a bit embarrising as to how he might have gotten it.

  • what difference does it make how he got it? you make it sound like a crime of some sort. get real!! Just enjoy this great music! and wish him the best...

  • Kenny & Billy! This is excellent! Kenny, your voice, and guitar, are superb, and your smile is infectious!

Billy, I love your harp playin'! Wow! What a tone!

May I say to the people, that these are two of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. Unusual kindness, and generousity. Kenny turned over his stage to me on our first meeting. Fantastic! I still thank you!

I had the honor to play with Billy. He is a world class gentleman.

    Love, respects! Thank you!
