  • He's got my vote, and I'm not even an American.

  • my my mmmm my m my objective is ii iraq, goddamn is anybody else seeing this LOL?

  • sigh...i wish america was what it used to be..before the federal reserve existed.

  • Notice all the people stuttering are the most corrupt. Bernanke and Paulson get in their little stuttering modes when asked simple questions. Thank you Paul for doing the best you can to spread Liberty and expose these scum.

  • the bastard chief of staffs do not say "no".

it is not a matter of iraq or iran. it's a matter of proper legal powers and process.

if they truly had america's welfare in mind, why wouldn't they try to think about what powers they have and don't have?

HOW DO THEY NOT KNOW WHAT THEY CAN AND CANNOT DO?

what are they protecting if they don't know what to protect?

  • "Why should the American people continue to support a war that was justified by false information?"

    No aggression from that Iraq

    No weapons of mass destruction

    Nothing to do with 911

Some would say that we have already sacrificed so much." But what is moral about demanding even more need less sacrifice of American lives merely to save face with a mistake of invading and occupying Iraq."

  • I thought he took them to the wood shed and just started spanking!

  • They think they can control this world. Well, all I have to say is, they have another thing coming. If they really really think they are going to make a One World Government, they are in for a rude awakening. Sooner or later the people are going to fight back with physical force. It's just a matter of time.

  • He had them by the balls lol good man Ron Paul

  • General Petraeus, so you remember the oath when you joined the Army as do all recuits: "I do solomnly swear that I will support and defend the CONSTITUTION of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic..." - not in your perview?!

  • HAHA Nice save fellas!~

Next time, don't bother coming if your answers are gonna SUCK!

Watch the film 'Money as debt'. Please.

  • OMG. After he finished his statement I actually for the first time in my life yelled "YOU GOT OWNED" Holy Hell. That was one fuck of a destroyer on their faces... Read the constitution, War leaders.

  • Ok, I would expect a sleaze bag like Crocker to give an answer like that, but how could Petreus say he doesn't know the answer to that question? He's blatantly admitting that he knows nothing about the document he has sworn his life to defend. His answer should have been "Constitutionally speaking, in regards to the president's power involving the military, he could bomb Iran for up to 30 days before being required to ask the Congress for a declaration of war." End of discussion.

  • No way in hell am I voting for Clinton, Obama or McCain.

I'm voting Ron Paul even if I have to write his name in!

  • You have my respect and gratitude for pledging to vote for Ron Paul, even if you have to write-in his name on your ballot. As has been the case for many Presidential elections now, regardless of the dueling rhetoric, the Democratic and Republican candidates who get the media coverage and the skewed votes enough to get the nomination have been and are two sides of the same coin, bought and controlled by the same billionaire elite. Only Ron Paul is not.

  • Glad to see you have the correct understanding of who is in control of what. It's not about Obama this or Bush that, it's the bankers who are running the show. We don't just need Paul, we need Ron Paul's in the administration as well.

  • bonecrkr your big government, social conservative, socialistic, party has spent my grand childrens money.you have a hands off policy on binladen, you give saudia arabia a free pass for funding 9/11 and refused to secure our boarders with complete control you had four years.your party does not stand for anything it sells you.your a sheep

  • tell how many family members have you assholes lost in iraq , for the greed of bush and chenny objective, and how come ron paul got money from the arm forces then any other canditate combind.all have to say f,u

  • Lol.....basically Petreus was like, ummm, I just handle the logistics and I'm reporting on what's going on. If you want those sorts of concerns addressed, ask Congress. I work for a living, douchebag.

I agree with him. I mean, I think Ron Paul is a flaming retard with regard to this issue in particular. But even if I thought he was right on the money, this is most definitely not the place nor the person to address this. Instead, talk to Congress. They are the ones who decide these things.

  • Did you know that General Petreus took an oath upon entering the military? The first sentence goes something like this, "I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic."

  • Tell me, how can he uphold or defend the law of land if he doesn't even know what it says? The Constitution of the United States of America is meant to control all the branches of government (not just congress), and frankly Petreus should step down if he will not follow it.

  • The likelihood of Petreus stepping down is about the same as Ron Paul becoming President....zero.

There is a reason for that. Petreus is doing his job. Ron Paul is not. What Ron Paul is doing here is the same thing those fucking communists in the democratic party are doing, manipulating the situation for political gain.

What's going on in Iraq is SERIOUS business. Paul is basically being an obstructionist dick here (and doing a terrible job at it I might add. He doesn't have what it takes

  • Wow. Not obstructing justice. You're saying he's obstructing with justice. It is business in Iraq, but it's supposed to be war.

  • Pretty illogical. You do not graduate (and even less achieve general rank) from a military academy in the US without knowing that the administration has not the kind of authority spoken of by Paul.

Petraeus knows and prefers to take a pass.

He swore to protect something he knows perfectly of and chose to break his oath.

Claiming he does not know this part of the constitution is silly. You have no evidence of that.

As you can notice, the guy you answered to thinks that you can do

  • the job without the part "support and defense of the constitution"

Petraeus does not believe in the Constitution, the guy you answered to does not believe in the Constitution. They are not alone in the US. bear with this fact.

Stepping down: again too much. As far as I know, Petraeus could voice concerns about this point of disrespect to the Constitution without stepping down. He does not.

  • My favorite part is that he does not waste any of his time kissing ass like the rest of them, to a sickening point, thanking these two lame bastards for showing up and avoiding answering questions!
