I forgot to ask what brand and type powerfeeder you're using?

@JustWonderingHowToDo It is a Co-Matic Baby Feeder, 1/8 horsepower. It is the smallest I've seen. Other brands look just like it. It is quite old now. probably 15 years or so.

I made my own bead and cove planes and hand planed the edges. I've also beveled the edges with a little palm plane. Bead and cove isn't perfect because the feather edge of the cove is very delicate and splinters easily.
