if you need help doing it under 30 seconds, use 2 pistols, the m9 and the deagle first, and when you get back there should be a g18 where the deagle was. swap that for the deagle and it will be pretty easy. thats how i do it.

you move faster with pistols, and it will help you get a better accuracy bonus too.
