I've just watched the movie tonight, here in Toronto, and what great movie that was. I never heard of this movie, maybe because i was living in Quebec back then. All the actors played there roles pretty good, especially Rosy, i also fell in love with her :) she's a beautiful woman.

@rikadew I'd recommend this movie to anyone. I could honestly watch it every day and not get bored. If you type "stage vu" in Google and then type Dogfight in the search engine on that site, you can download the film. It's also on YouTube, however a good part of the movie is muted because a Bob Dylan song is playing!

I used to love anything/everything I could see, hear, or read about River. I just couldn't get enough. Now, after having been away from it for awhile, it's starting to get to where when I see videos like this (which I've always loved this movie and trailer) especially the end where they show his name, him sitting there, and Travelin' Man playing I get this awful feeling and feel such loss. He was so beautiful inwardly as well as outwardly, still such a waste. RIP River Always

The Bob Dylan song/scene "Don't Think Twice Its Alright" in this movie just drives me to dispair for too many reasons to count here. Its so beautiful, but the attitude is outrageous! I think it sums up both sides of the war and anti war protagonists... love em and leave em... its enough to drive you to drink! No better soundtrack of the 60s ever than this movie. No better comment on the domestic attitudes either. Thanks for adding this.
