@annoyingorange34 It was a direct port of the original NES games onto the Game Boy Color, just with the screen dimensions adjusted to fit the tiny screen. It should look like NES, Nintendo wanted it to.

@DarthSkittle88 i wouldnt say it was a direct port, there are subtle differences that can actually effect the gameplay if you are experienced enough with the original. I find this game to be dumbed down slightly to accommodate for the awkward screen positions which makes it hard to play once everything is memorized. Luigi also is not given the jump or the slide differences.
