Enjoyed the vid, realy liked the choice of subject, I know its a bit on a old Revell kit, but it looks great. I have do ask where did you find the Das Boot backing track, I remember watching the series back in the late 80s it thought it was brilliant. The music suits maratime subjects so well.

@888HamilkarBarkas888 thank you for the comment and after listening to that soundtrack I kinda want to build a submarine but they are still too much money.
I really don't have any clubs in my area that I am aware of I really wish I could attend a competition in my area to see other peoples models up close to see and learn.
Nice looking kit.. I know Revell has a different Dornier as well, which is the old Matchbox kit.. but I'm not sure who made this originally.. :) It's not a kit I have come across before.. :) As usual you did a good job, and it was nice to see something different.. :)
@BasicModelling Thank you for your comments and I hope you had a great New Years. I currently have 3 helicopters, Spitfire, C-160 Transall and Harrier on my desk so I should have a good variety of kits to build this winter. We are expecting more snow this week so it will be a good week of building.
@MisplacedTexan4 I thought I nearly had my next model done.. but then I did some research on the internet, and it turns out the paint scheme given by Revell is nothing like what it should be.. so now I have to take the paintbrush out again... :P Never mind.. it's all part of the 'fun'.. ahem.. At least I don't have to have it completed until the next clubmeeting, as it is part of the clubs Christmas competition..
The next meeting is on the 17th of this month, it's the AGM, so it can potentially be quite lively.. :) But at least I still have just over 2 weeks on me to do the model.. I should have it done within the week, though.. :)
