i love the idea of making the federal government's role on climate irrelevant.. even with a possible EPA move on GHGs, it will be the local government that drives a shift in the economy to reorient business toward solving our energy, water, transportation and emissions challenges. but i'm curious about where the real meat of this program is. how do you expect cities and counties to join without more information about the coalition? a little help?
