It goes deeper. Look at the studies they cite, in particular the study on the impact of the wrongly attributed Waxman-Markey bill (known as cap and trade). The two sources are the National Association of Manufacturers, an anti-labor lobby group from Washington D.C. and The American Council for Capital Formation another D.C. lobby group that has received over $2,000,000 from Exxon over the past 10 years. These aren't actual jobs lost. These are 30 years from now scare tactics with no real proof.
