Obviously she wants to keep grounded, stay herself and be accepted as exactly that. This interview struck me as very pleasant, intelligent and at the end even touching. Bravo to the interviewer! Emma for her part goes in depth if asked an intelligent question. She also seems to be much more at ease and less nervous as in previous years. That's not only valid for this interview but also for the whole bunch of interviews r/e 'Deathly Hallows Pt. 1' I've seen so far.
