Dude, I know that. In fact, I know all James Bond Soundtracks and I have all CDs from Dr. No to GoldenEye. My point is that I don't like the Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig movies, and the new Soundtracks for these movies (except for GoldenEye) are nothing for my taste. The new songs have nothing to do with "James Bond Music" anymore.

The Propellerheads' cover of "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" was used for the Incrdibles trailer... so, yes, it was "copied" for that.

Otherwise Michael Giacchino did get a strong influence from Barry's Bond scores for The Incredibles. He does a little bit of the same for Cars 2, but borrows much more from Arnold's take on Bond music for that film.
