Maybe it's just me, but he looks like he's forcing the tones, using a lot of energy. Looks painful. :S

@petiso8 It most definitely an instructional video with slow and solid strokes. But his arms look tense. Looks like he's trying to beat the crap out of the drum. He may not be. But it kinda looks like it.

That was realy nice teaching richie,i know and use these techniques but still enjoyed the lesson.I seen you do a clinic many years ago in a littel town called colchester in suffolk england,you were very inspiering,you demoed a new gadget
it was a foot pedal wich Lp had on the market,It was like a third hand for mouted percussion,im an engineer so i made one at work and still use it today ;0) bless you and many thanks
