This is a GORGEOUS video! I can hardly imagine an awesomer video about a construction toy system. Thumbs up for playing with K'nex, constructing this monster machine, filming it this clearly and choosing the beautiful music.
@8chillpill YouTube partners can earn revenue by placing ads on their videos, along with a few other benefits such as the banners here. You have to fill out an application and submit it to YouTube to become one, I believe there is a link to do so at the bottom of the page.
@fairfannie The majority of the video was filmed with a Canon EOS 7D. The wide-angle and time-lapse shots were filmed with a Samsung TL350 (what I use for most of my videos), and the high speed shots were filmed with a Casio Exilim EX-FC100 at 210 frames per second. (FAQ)
Do you ever use any of those mini pieces featured in those new small Knex roller coaster sets? haha those are probably useless for this kind of machine
@5MadMovieMakers I have some micro K'nex, but I never use them in my large-scale structures. I would if I had more of them, but it would be too expensive to invest in that many of them.
Fantastically creative. Beautifully designed. Some great music to go with it. Tied with Kairah89's 'Metropolis' as the greatest ball machine of all time.
God... I was unable to watch the whole video because of the slow connection in St. Thomas, but I'll watch it at home. Those angled shots in the beginning really give the video some production value. Great machine as far as I saw. 6/5
Ffffffffffffffffffffff. This stacks up against Metropolis as possibly the greatest ball machine ever. When I get back to school and edit my video for 360 and upload it it'll look like I hell of copied your idea. Ah well. This is still rad, rad as /hell/.
Sorry. It's just I have a huge thing against people who post first, especially before watching the video. If it's okay with the uploader it's okay with me.
....its beautiful -tears-

Are the fat pieces or skinny pieces what people use to build more often?

snowboy128128 7 months ago
@snowboy128128 Try looking for large lots on ebay. Do not buy them from K'nex, they will overcharge you.
