He shows up at Mass everyday... And besides that, He's all around us... You just need to know where to look!

I find that the church is one of the least inspiring institutions on the planet. I believe that a stuffy ancient hall filled with old sweaty men and women getting the last bit of prayer in before they die so they can reassure themself that they may for this recieve eternal bliss would be the last place god would be. Look out to sea on the rocks of a cliff in isolation, a much better way to feel the spirit throughout, if that kind of group dependancy is what you're into.

18dan' u should've been at the DID/WYD commissioning Mass at Melbourne... That was beyond inspiring!!! And your suggestion of isolation is very valid and it works well for some... but for me there is something so very deeply beautiful in the Mass... When its just a ritual it can be as you said, but when it is an intense meditation... then we come face to face with God!!!
