  • why dont you stupid indians help your countrys historical beautys!

if its cracking then its time for you lazy people to help support it and bring it back to life not watch it crubble!!

    this is so stupid

  • Howevr I amvisiting Haqmpi before April, 2012. I will try to findout the reality.

  • I know tht these monuments have not developed dangerous cracks. In the year of 2006 I have found that this monument is closed for entry, saying tht they have developed dangerous cracks. It is now 2012, byhits time the cracks should have developed more dangerous craqcks. But to date I have not found that the Archeological department have taken up any repairs There was fignt beween Guides and Archeological personals. The fight between these two have brought this monument as dangerous.

  • Very few of like you have recordings of this sounds of the pillars. However you had permission to enter this area and get video. You better should have got video of all the pillars who give different notes and sounds.

  • Since 2006 ban was imposed to enter particularly this area, since the monumens developing some cracks. How did you get entry and got the video?

  • @Truthan66 This is the outer walls pillar. Inner sanctum pillars are in a bad state and nobody is allowed near them. The guy who is playing in the outer pillar is our KSTDC appointed guide.

  • see my book trailer for Middle Time set in Hampi

  • This is how we preserve our heritage!! wonderful!!... go on break em off...

  • @architectyohan Please note that to enjoy or to know the engineering skills of our anciestors, we need to touch these pillars with our FINGERS, which do not harm these pillars. However your feelings are to be taken note of. Thanks.

  • @architectyohan Do not worry. He is a KSTDC trained guide.

  • Thank you - a wonderful reminder of one of the most fascinating places I've ever visited. This was one of my favourite temples.
