I started drawing as far back as I can remember I didn't start seriously painting till about 3-4 years ago. Thanks for the comment!

LOL yeah we find inspiration in the most unexpected places! Actually I have thought RC666 was wonderful for a while, but that story just touched my heart!

Wonderful artwork. Do you use acrylic or oil paint? I get the impression it's both here. I'm not a very good painter myself. I try though and have fun with it.

Acrylic paint, is just pigment suspended in a resin, and will stick to most surfaces, except wet oil paint.

Oil paint likes an absorbent surface, but will sit on acrylic. if you mix it with white spirit, it goes very matt, but fast drying turps is better.

you can even mix it with wax...

I mostly work in acrylic becuase I am a compulsive when I paint and want it DONE NOW!!! Oils are beautiful but make me wait...which is sometimes a good thing
