@luvnmees at the very end of part two of this she mentions doing another video-set with weights instead of the bike. But, throughout both videos its mentioned multiple times that you can do it on any machine or exercise... the intended goal being a full maximization of yourself (at whatever level you can do specific to individual) for those 30 seconds. I would imagine it would almost need to change every 30 seconds but that's for the user to decide.
Does it HAVE to be on an exercise bike? Couldnt we have demonstrations in some other way?

@luvnmees You could use a cross trainer or a rowing machine. I alternate between both of them to keep it interesting.

@Vailhem What are the specifications he wants us to aim for? Heart rate at the push and heart rate at the rest? And how long?
