I struggle with psoriasis in my face - not that fun... But the only thing that have helped a lot is pure bees wax (Extra emollient night cream from Mary Kay). I use it before I go to sleep, I can't use it during the day since it's like vaseline in the consistency, but I can really recommend it!

I am with you. I am in the same boat. I have Psoriasis on my scalp and body. I have had it on my arms and legs and just recently I discovered it on my scalp. I am trying different products right now. I am currently trying T/Sal shampoo right now followed by an Aveeno Naturals conditioner. It's been working okay, but I want to get this condition under control. I got injected w 1and half ML of TRILOG 0r KENlog twice in 1 week.It cleared 95%of my psoriasis.then the rest was cleared with Clobetasol.TRLOG injections r used for pain due to swelling.U can go 2 most Family practice clinics & thyl have it.I was only given creams for 8yrs & never cleared my condition cuz i would drink n smoke eat bad etc.but this was lika miracle.I had all my legs covered by psoriasis & patches everywhere.I felt lika leper.it didnt clear it 100% cuz i drink n smoke daily.

would you consider taking the dermatologist off the payroll..they only address the external..please consider your diet..develop from within

@Freeskies changing your diet along with your mind is a great way to heal a problem. if we can eliminate the stress, we can usually eliminate the problem. developing high self-worth, confidence and definite purpose is a must for overcoming psoraisis. my left leg is covered at the moment, but my elbow's recently cleared up. i need more discipline in my diet, but i am literally transforming my mind positively.

Sun showers have really helped me to my skin up . Was doing that a lot earlier in the year . Also i think your state of mind plays a huge part . Mine has improved over the last 6 months . Which i think has defiantly helped to curb it somewhat . And im sure will continue to . Enjoyed watching your videos . Much love . X

I totally know how you feel! I might make a video about this comment I'm writing!

I get it mainly on my face (t section), behind my ears, scalp and a little on my chest.

I've decided to ditch what the doctors give me, as they are rubbish and some are too strong which blister my face!

I now use:

cleanse: Lush's Ultrabland

Tone: Lush's Eau Roma Water

Moisturise: Lush's Celestial or Boots Botanical Skin Calming Cream

I suffer from Psoriasis, its a real pain as you know, if your hands or joints start to get painful go see the doc straight away as there is a nasty form of arthritis that Psoriasis sufferers can get. xxx

@gledalac1979 It wont help the arthritis thou, i dont suffer to much from the Psoriasis and what i do have is controled by the drugs i have to take for the arthritis. If your joints ever start getting painful please get it checked asap as the arthritis that only we can get is devastating if not caught in time and treated, i know this from my own bitter exp. Stay safe
