I would've built a wall around the boardwalk. It would've been a reasonable size for a small settlement. But that's just me. Also have the occasional tribal attack. Have guards around the town to protect your citizens.

i got this mod witch is awsome and ragdoll so i made a fort/village for brotherhood of steel and then a supermutant fort and made it so every day 8 brother hood soldiers attack there base and 8 super mutants attack brotherhood base it was so fun to watch

@packenbig in the new wave rts mod theres an option for raiders to attack your village and one for disguises . yes you can build your village any place you want . i built my village on the west side of the map in a canyon . look for a mod on fallout 3 nexus called " MTC wasteland travellers " it adds a lot more people wandering around the wasteland .

Shame. Basic tips from an Oblivion and Fallout3 player: Keep at least 5-10 saves per character, each 10 minutes apart, and not to rely on autosave. In fact, turn off autosave, it can cause a lot of savegame corruption.
