The only nice part of LA and Southern California in general is the coast. We have some of the greatest most diverse beaches, Malibu, Redondo, Santa Monica and of course all of the Orange County beaches are amazing...But within the cement metropolis that is LA, there are plenty if hidden gems. LA can definitely be a good vacation spot, you just need to know where to go.
there should be also one while working out at Muscle Beach but I haven't found it yet
