  • 6:07 I think I'm gonna melt.

  • chloe is freaken awsome at drums! and hella cute too

  • she says like tooo much, like so maia, like, plays like, it like live

  • A lot of American teens and young people talk that way... I'm 20 and it drives me crazy every time I hear someone say "Well like, I mean like its totally like you know"

  • @DCsaf

They're LIKE 12 you deuche bag. Not too mention on TV and possibly nervous. You might speak better english but still in your moms basment.

  • maia looks nothing like her mom dude. hahaha. wut are you talking about.

  • second cousins of mine ;)

  • The vocals are getting better, but I still think no one would notice their music without the good looks.

  • no she doesnt

  • Wow Maia does sound British

  • im british and she doesnt sound british 2 me

  • Asy's voice is definitely getting better as she gets older! And mannnn, the drummer's good!

  • yea i rekon in a couple of years she'll be sweet, the music however is actually really good

  • wow i think they are so good live- i couldn't even listen to many of the songs on the album-her voice was just too young/poppy sounding. smoosh is wayyyyy cooler than i thought they would be when i first heard about them :)

  • what waz that lady speaking??????????????????

  • Norwegian and english :P

  • Maia's voice sounds sorta British...I just watched them on child stars and Maia looks just like her mom

  • What's with the horrible edit during the first verse?

  • wow, the singing is getting a lot better.

and that younger girl is ridiculously good on drums for her age, lol. compared to the jummy kimmel performance this is a major improvement.

  • (^ but is Mia still drawing meows?

(^ long ago: at a small place called Mr. Spot's Chai house, she kept me company while I DrAwNced her sisters onto a card table with Sharpies.

(^ why not do cd cover art?

  • Who is that on Chloe's shirt?

  • David Bowie.

  • do they still go to normal school now or not?

  • Asya's gotten a bit better at singing

  • I first saw these girls on Yo Gabba Gabba then many months later I searched for vids of them here on Youtube. And boy did I find a lot!

  • that was pretty fuckin awsome

  • I just read an interview with Chloe where she said she wouldn't listen to their old CD's if she wasn't in Smoosh. I figured that would happen eventually, though not this quickly, but it is not surprising at all that they would outgrow their early songs. They are growing up quickly both physically and musically. I understand Menomena is one of their favorite bands. I've checked out some of their music and they are very creative. With input like that, Smoosh should be doing some interesting stuff.

  • Now I feel I can be honest without fearing that they might read this and be insulted. This song "Find a Way" is the closest thing to a cheezy pop song that they do. Their performance on Jimmy Kimmel was the first thing I heard by them. It suited them at that time, and was about what I expected to hear from two young girls, but now it seems lame compared to newer songs they have done. I like that they are striving to ditch the pop stuff. (I hope Asy agrees w/ Chloe. I wouldn't want to insult her)

  • Someone didn't like my comment. No wonder. If I didn't want to be insulting, I could have avoided words like cheezy and lame. Simply put, it's not my favorite song, but I respect and admire these girls and their obvious talent; I just agree with Chloe, the newest stuff is best. I like what I'm hearing and where they are going. Asya can be proud of everything she wrote though, even if she decides never to play them again at some point. I hope their next CD brings them a lot more success.

  • You've got to agree though, even if it is a cheesy pop song, it's better than 90% of the other cheesy pop song out of there.

  • Well, I actually said "closest thing" to a cheezy pop song :-). At first glance last Dec., knowing nothing about them, cheezy pop is what I would have expected, so it's much to their credit that even at the time they recorded this song, they were striving to be different. The jazzy intro part with the time signature they play in was a surprise. Not sure where that influence would have come from. But when the "na na nah's" start, for me at least, it kind of loses it. The newer songs are better.

  • I'll say this for the song, comparing it to the Jimmy Kimmel clip from two years earlier, they are a lot better than they were, particularly Chloe's drumming. She's beefed it up quite a bit. I think even if Smoosh doesn't end up making much money (I hope they do at least earn a confortable living), Chloe could do session work for other artists.

  • I met them yesterday :D I couldn't go to their show though, unfortunately. But they are so nice!

  • wow they look really pretty! they sure have matured since they started. i hope they are working on another album.

  • Chloe doesn't realize how young they still are, but at the same time, it isn't unreasonable to expect kids their age to be pretty good musicians. I've personally known a few kids who at their age were spectacular players, mostly because they were into bands like Rush and progressive rock bands like Yes, ELP and early Genesis. Maybe she's right (no pun intended) and it's time to quit marveling about their age and just consider the music. They're not beginners anymore.

  • Wow. They grew up to be really really pretty haha

  • exactly wat everyone els is thinking lol

  • ha ha haha
