  • This is my favorite episode in all the years I've watched, I was completely riveted. Did you ever happen to find part three to this? Easily the best ending of any Law and Order episode in my opinion.

  • That's a good question. My guess is that Olivet or Logan told Jack about that. I bet more on Liz, she was more Jack's friend than Logan (I hardly think they liked each other).

  • I wish you had part 3 to this, one of the best endings to any of the Law and Order episodes. Do you happen to have the last part of this episode anywhere?

  • I'm gonna find the dvd with the backup of this episode and then i'll post it

  • I wish NBC didn't have that stupid "celebrity apprentice" text at the lower left.

  • I love him in this episode

  • Linus could have my babies. Er, I his.

  • lol

He could have my babies too, you know

  • Linus is a wonderful actor. I remember him a great british drama a few years ago called Seaforth set in World war Two and he was excellent in it. Thanks for posting this!

  • Mike seems to know how to get the job done. But what can I say he is no McCoy LOL The court room seems odd wrong with out Jack in it

  • linus is so sexy. he is my latest infatuation.

  • I think this guy might be better than Jack. It depends on his views on the very sensitive cases where WE would want the defendant to be left alone.

  • I'm glad McCoy is still on. Cutter is a younger McCoy who is still willing to bend the rules.

  • I smell p00wnage!

  • I still can't believe Linus Roache is British. I mean, his American Accent's impecable. Kinda like Hugh Laurie in House.

  • Man he's good - I was worried when I heard McCoy was getting promoted, but he does such a great job i'm tempted to say he's just as good - and with this season's cast, the show hasn't been this good since the old briscoe/green days.

  • Totally agree with you. It's a pity that season 17 wasn't that good.

  • I have to admit that I was worried with the new cast, seriously, I knew Linus was a good actor from his past work, but I didn't think anybody could fill Sam's shoes as Jack, but now, Linus (cutter) is like Jack Jr., that's what I've nicknamed him, Jack Jr. Jack lite if you will. He's awesome, made me eat my words proudly and I can't wait to see the show each week cuz I look forward to seeing the chemistry between Connie & Cutter. Now to be sad about Jesse's leaving :(

  • the nickname lol

I was concerned as well because I'm really fan of McCoy, so it was kinda: "Shit, they're going to screw up everything with this guy!", but when I saw this cross-examination, I really got happy with the choice. I guess the position of EADA is contaminated after Jack got the position, because this chemistry between Cutter and Rubirosa is like McCoy and Kincaid.

  • she just got p00wned!

  • I absolutely love Linus Roache. I could listen to that voice all day.

  • Me too, but I prefer when he is with his british accent.

  • I haven't really had the chance to hear him with his native accent, but he does the New York accent REALLY well. spot on, if you ask me, but I'm no New Yorkian so I probably shouldn't be the judge of that. lol

  • He has really hit that role real well. After you watch each episode you really think that he's a new yorker

  • I don't get it though. How does her being against the death penalty mean she killed that guy? Yes she's a hypocrate but I don't see how that's such a death blow to her case.

  • if she was lying about her and the death penalty, why should the court believe everything else she says? It's all about a witness's credibility.

  • She didn't kill that guy, but her intention was to make Bill Nolan record the suicide and frame him for murderer.

  • great cross. the scene after this, the last scene, is really good too

  • Michael Cutter is just like Ben Stone in court. I like their style. They don't yell and dont lose their cool

  • I haven't thought about that.. you're right, he's like Stone in court.. however, I think sometimes he could be more aggressive

  • can someone please up load the episode with BRAD RENFRO

  • I'm going to write a story about Michael. Do you know what eye color he has and what his hair color is?

  • could you post more clips with Brad Dourif?

  • well, i can post more clips with Brad in this episode :)

  • I totally agree with you. He's no McCoy. I don't anyone could be. But he's a perfect replacement.

  • yea! brad dourif!!
