This is my favorite episode in all the years I've watched, I was completely riveted. Did you ever happen to find part three to this? Easily the best ending of any Law and Order episode in my opinion.
That's a good question. My guess is that Olivet or Logan told Jack about that. I bet more on Liz, she was more Jack's friend than Logan (I hardly think they liked each other).
I wish you had part 3 to this, one of the best endings to any of the Law and Order episodes. Do you happen to have the last part of this episode anywhere?
Linus is a wonderful actor. I remember him a great british drama a few years ago called Seaforth set in World war Two and he was excellent in it. Thanks for posting this!
Man he's good - I was worried when I heard McCoy was getting promoted, but he does such a great job i'm tempted to say he's just as good - and with this season's cast, the show hasn't been this good since the old briscoe/green days.
I have to admit that I was worried with the new cast, seriously, I knew Linus was a good actor from his past work, but I didn't think anybody could fill Sam's shoes as Jack, but now, Linus (cutter) is like Jack Jr., that's what I've nicknamed him, Jack Jr. Jack lite if you will. He's awesome, made me eat my words proudly and I can't wait to see the show each week cuz I look forward to seeing the chemistry between Connie & Cutter. Now to be sad about Jesse's leaving :(
I was concerned as well because I'm really fan of McCoy, so it was kinda: "Shit, they're going to screw up everything with this guy!", but when I saw this cross-examination, I really got happy with the choice. I guess the position of EADA is contaminated after Jack got the position, because this chemistry between Cutter and Rubirosa is like McCoy and Kincaid.
I haven't really had the chance to hear him with his native accent, but he does the New York accent REALLY well. spot on, if you ask me, but I'm no New Yorkian so I probably shouldn't be the judge of that. lol
I don't get it though. How does her being against the death penalty mean she killed that guy? Yes she's a hypocrate but I don't see how that's such a death blow to her case.

Mike seems to know how to get the job done. But what can I say he is no McCoy LOL The court room seems odd wrong with out Jack in it

linus is so sexy. he is my latest infatuation.

I think this guy might be better than Jack. It depends on his views on the very sensitive cases where WE would want the defendant to be left alone.

I'm glad McCoy is still on. Cutter is a younger McCoy who is still willing to bend the rules.

I still can't believe Linus Roache is British. I mean, his American Accent's impecable. Kinda like Hugh Laurie in House.

Totally agree with you. It's a pity that season 17 wasn't that good.

He has really hit that role real well. After you watch each episode you really think that he's a new yorker

if she was lying about her and the death penalty, why should the court believe everything else she says? It's all about a witness's credibility.
DJDizzy113 4 years ago
She didn't kill that guy, but her intention was to make Bill Nolan record the suicide and frame him for murderer.

Michael Cutter is just like Ben Stone in court. I like their style. They don't yell and dont lose their cool
hench1985 4 years ago
I haven't thought about that.. you're right, he's like Stone in court.. however, I think sometimes he could be more aggressive
