  • lol i guess the muscle-tards thinks its not "rice" now that they can put their bucket motors into a Import. :/

  • love the car. I have owned 4 of them myself. Wish I could watch the vid without that gay music in the background and get to hear more of the car! Props!

  • Freakin terrible.

  • @Dagfre Yea dude.

  • I've got a hard on right now

  • Weak..

  • the ls1 is 90 lbs lighter than the rb26, just fyi

  • @ralphpehrson thats 90lbs of style and origionality that you'll never get back

  • @tapion123 original? didnt know the rb26 came in these cars.........

  • @ralphpehrson no not origional for the car but its nissan into a nissan would you put an LS1 in a mustang?

  • @tapion123 yes just to be different.

  • JDM engines are nice but it depends what engine and what car its going in, like everyone has sr20's and rb25's, 2jz swaps are so damn expensive, and rb26's are the most unreliable of the bunch for electrical and turbo issues, a whole bunch of my friends have them I know, but on the other hand the ls1 you can get from a wrecked camaro for cheap, its easy to get parts for, has good power, reliable, and very lightweight for what it is, just dont buy the engine new and it will be cheap, for swap pa

  • zenki s14's are ugly, kouki's are amazing though, im keeping my s13 for a v8 swap, then I'll get a s15 next year for a daily driver

  • horrible video

  • turbo discharge for sure.

  • All it needs now is a lip kit and maybe just lower it a bit :3

  • an LS1 does not rev quicker than a RB26 dont know who told you that. the lengs are almost the same not enough to affect weight distribution.

an LS1 swap cost the same as an RB26 swap and they are both uncommon in a 240sx. i dont know what you think you saw but there arent many of either. SR20s there are tons of those

2JZ is not a more feasable idea. a 2JZGTE with a Getrag 6 speed is upwards of 6 to 7grand. which is more than twice the total cost of an LS1 or RB26 total swap into a 240sx

  • OMG there is just all around fail in every one of these comments.

1st i would like to start off by saying that is not a 400hp LS1. its stock and weak sauce. it cant even spin all the way through 1st gear. my stock LS1 GTO which weighed 1000 pounds more would spin through 2nd. so not to be rude but its not a strong running LS1 and its stock.

now for all the idiots posting about LS1s and RB26dett let me drop some knowledge on you and end this stupid debate full of fail.

  • sounds like an sr ;P

  • gay fuckin music, "you like that?" <--fag ...nice car though

  • i have always love the 240sx cars and then a small block with the outfield playing this is perfect lol

  • @1:44 damn right.

  • Lsx > everything else.

  • Thumbs up if it needs twin turbos!

  • why on a vido where ud think u want to hear the small block but u put on that gay ass muzic, imsorry nice car , but he wasnt doing much, camera man couldnt evan focus, nice car tho, just being honest!!!

  • and if u go with an iron block, you can get everything for less than 2,000. same power. Just 65lbs heavier. minipornstar is an idiot.

  • What??? You can get everything u need for less than 4,000 bux. 310whp stock. Ls1 is 1000 times easier to swap. And MUCH lighter than an rb.

  • NO.

  • @minipornstar use punctuation much?

  • @minipornstar RB26 swap is actually heavier and slower and now where near as cost effective as a bolt on LS1 swap.

  • @minipornstar I'm pretty positibe the RB26 is heavier...

  • @minipornstar RB26DETT produces less power than the LS1 even with 2 turbochargers.

  • @undeadkillers but rb26 has the upper hand fuck ls1 kiss my ass

  • @undeadkillers number of turbos has nothing to do with power

  • @minipornstar you're an ignorant mf. the complete ls1 swap with trans is only 70lbs heavier than the stock ka...a rb swap is immensely heavier and destroys the weight distribution. on top of the fact that a rb swap is twice the cost of a ls1 swap. v8 is rape

  • @minipornstar

LS1 does it better and it's NA.

  • @minipornstar a ls1 weighs less than a rb26, maybe he wanted a all around car not a nose heavy car.

  • @minipornstar RB26s are heavy as fuck, iron block, the ls1 weighs less

  • @minipornstar how many 240 SX with RB26 can you see on the road. Too much. How many with a ls1 ?

  • @minipornstar rb26dett?? That costs way more than the more common rb25det swap. Not to mention the ls1 is probably as light, and makes power everywhere. It's gonna cost a LOT of cash to fix that motor up cuz the availability for parts. A 2jz swap would be much more feasible, and an ls1 weighs less than a 2jz

  • @minipornstar You're retarded, LS1 are lighter than RB's and since it's a shorter engine (from flywheel to crank pulley) it gives the car a better weight distrubution, and sicne it has 8 cylinders it revs up quicker/smoother.

  • @minipornstar Wow nice troll much, the LS1 is cheaper and lighter than a RB26 and easier to make reliable power. You sir have failed.

  • @minipornstar

ya but then you wouldnt have a 5.7 v8 in a kouki...... your the type of people i hate. if he put a rb26 in there your gonna say "should swapped a 2jz!"

fag! lol.... nothing wrong with v8's.... i just wish this one would rev up a bit faster...

  • @minipornstar first off the rb26dett weighs a lot more than the alluminum small block ls engine. Also the ls engines are ACTUALLY LEGAL in emission states such as cali! Another plus the ls motors are very responsive to parts....plus it can't beat that v8 noise....... One last thing maybe he wanted to keep the rwd as the rb26dett is awd and he would have to change stuff to keep it rwd such as cams, diff etc....

  • @minipornstar I don't see the 600ish lb rb motor weighing less than the 400 lb LS motor... Just saying. Then take away torque and add turbo lag... What would the upside be?

  • @minipornstar

The RB26 DOES NOT weigh less than the LS1.

The LS1 weighs a little less than the s13/ s14 stock motor.

  • @texas817847

    WRONG ITS STILL HEAVIER

  • @minipornstar

jesus you are misinformed, another godzilla kid. stfu and gtfo. go to a drift event, sit back and listen. tell me what sounds cleaner, turbo discharge or 8 mean fucking cylinders destroying the pavement with torque.

  • @minipornstar lighter than an LS1??? Youre fucking dumb as a rock. Ya. Lets get a JDM only motor and try to get parts easily and quicly for it....not to mention the overall balance being ruined by that iron block 6 cylinder long anchor in front of the car....

  • @minipornstar Dude, an RB26 weights a HELL of a lot more than an LS1. All aluminum V8 > Cast Iron Inline 6, don't talk shit while driving some beat up Civic kid, men are talking here.

  • @minipornstar

An Ls1 is like 80lbs lighter than a 4 cylinder KA-T, and it's a lot lighter than a RB26 6 cylinder. A ls1 can also be bought cheaper and put in a lot cheaper than an RB26. The parts for an RB26 are also a lot harder to get and a lot more expensive. You can also get an Ls engine worked on at just about any shop in the states and can easily mod it for 500+ hp.

So honestly an Ls is a more practical swap, but a 500hp Rb26 does sound nice :o

  • @minipornstar actually, from what i hear, skyline and supra swaps are almost double the price of a ls1swap, and the ls1 is lighter than the rb26, but they all got maximum hp, my fav car is a skyline r34 dont get me wrong, but i think for the price from what i hear, is a better decision.

  • @minipornstar you are a dipshit.

  • @minipornstar infinite inline 6? you mean v6? the ls1 is light as fuck, and you don't have to worry about boost issues in a naturally aspirated car. Do you know how hard parts are to find rb26dett parts?? Cuz i see way more corvettes with ls1's than any car with rb26's

  • @ShawnSubaru thats because they never really sold the rb26 outside of japan consistantly if you like the traditional nissan engines youll find a way to get parts for your engine

  • @tapion123 yeah exactly bro

  • @minipornstar The fully dressed LS1 ways less than any fully dressed RB engine and it only ways about 80 lbs more than the stock KA engine (fully dressed). The RB engine has a cast iron block as opposed to the aluminum block of the LS1 (unless the LS1 comes out of a truck then it would have a cast iron block). The T56 transmission also doesn't way much more than stock KA transmission. The LS1 makes around 350 hp without turbos. The LS1 can be a serious beast as well, if built.

  • @minipornstar The rb26DETT actually weighs more than the LS1 (aluminum block) idiot.

  • @minipornstar Yeah, not only is the LS1 40lbs heavier than a KA, but it is SO easy to find and inepensive. Also the aftermarket on it is huge...

  • FUCK A V8 that defines the whole purpose of a import

  • @minipornstar lol so your saying lexus has no purpose???? or infiniti??....shame on you....

  • bad ass vid

  • dude gay music

  • Coming soon...

  • vid with out music?

  • Do you have this vid w/o the music?

  • what kind of dick would put a dislike on this vid. music sucks but the car is friggin badazz.

  • nice fckin car dude

  • Nice car!

  • easily the best looking lsx 240sx ive seen, great job

  • how much did the swap cost?

  • 'Your Love" by The Outfield

  • song?

  • aw, you have heart transitions between clips {:

    LOL, nice car man

  • Stock internals can go to 600hp no problem just add blower.

  • an rb is a straight 6 dumbass and i wouldnt put a supra motor in a 240sx that just doesnt seem right to me knowing that the rb engines are much better but that 240 sounds sick i might put an ls1 in a fastback s13.5 when i get one lol or an sr20det idk im still debating but the sr20 seems like the better choice cos its much cheaper and all the leftover money can go to upgrades

  • 2Jz and fits better and has more displacement than an rb.

  • idk ur prolly right but i love the rb engines thats my opinion and the ls motors those are my favorite also

  • i dont know, i think id rather keep a straight 6, rb or 2j

  • LS1 man, its 300+ hp, in a camaro they ran 13.7...there is a huge wight diff. which means it will be in the low 13's or high 12's... after market support is through the roof with ls1, it could easily be a 11sec car with heads and cam and gears and exahust

  • Mine is still facing alot of problems... ARGGG...

  • usually i dont like v8's in 240's but you dont look like a backwoods product of inbreeding thats tryin to build a dragcar plus its a really clean car, keep it up man.

  • awesome

  • that's a bad ass ride...

  • WOOT! Go brotha!
