  • i'm thankfully apart of the general australian accent with hugh jackman... i'm afraid of being teased if i had the broad one :(

  • @bellanastasia1997 I have a broad accent, and people give me grief about it, but I'm proud of it!

  • So why dont we abuse eachother now instead of taking the piss. Thats wot we were built on, not taking life n people tooo seriously, havin a laugh n getting on with our day. The rest of the world sounds funny to us and worth havin a giggle at n we sound funny to the world n again worth havin a giggle at. Stop attacking n start laughing. • @skeilty101 You have some of the best wankers as in your all a bunch of wankers

  • Australia actually has three distinct accents:

    Broad 40% (Steve Irwin)

    General 50% (Hugh Jackman)

    Cultivated 10% (Robert Menzies)

  • @Anon371 Tv tropes?

  • @TheUsagiB0y Fuck TVTropes and everyone who likes that abysmal website

  • @Anon371 Yeah, but most Americans just seem to think we all have the 'Broad' accent. Also, I don't think there are quite as many people as 40% with that accent.

  • @Anon371 About 40% of Aussies sound like Steve Irwin??

Got any data to back that up? :P

  • @Anon371 hahah alright tosser

  • @Anon371 Haha, man we don't categorize.

  • @Anon371 , and Aboriginal, which is where our slang has derived from!!

  • @Anon371 you're not an Aussie, are you? There are a lot more accents than that; and the ones you mentioned have far more to do with location and era than anything else. What about the South Australia "dahnce' and "fahnce" as opposed to the hard 'a' used by other states, for example?

  • HOje é o jovem cantor internacional mais completo. Canta bem, tem uma linda voz, belo repertório, e é simpático, não faz tipo, "eu sou o máximo". Gosto da sua simplicidade e simpatia, além de todo o contexto musical.

  • and i cant understand one word of this shit music

  • heheh he's hilarious

  • this guy sux anyways lol i though he was good lolz till i heard him but man jay sean is better man jay has one of da best male vocals

  • @PriyaJaySean92 you must have no taste at all then because he is AMAZINGLY TALENTED. I saw him in concert and they don't alter his voice at all when he records. I don't even know who Jay Sean is and I can tell you that Michael probably sings better. Maybe Jay Sean has a great voice but so does Michael and it was something he was born with.

  • @zeusgirl13 well i am entitled to my opinions so no offense, jay sean voice dosent get altered live hes gifted hes one of the very few singers tha sound AMAZING even wen hes live. jays voice aint altered in most of his song ders only a few n only coz of the music type it was altered u kno nuttin about jay sean i knew him as a singer before he was famous n juz coz i dnt like him dnt mean i hv bad taste in music lol not evey1 likes da same singer n music

  • @PriyaJaySean92 I never meant to say that you had no taste in music, I apologize. I know that not EVERYONE likes him but it doesn't give you a reason to start writing nasty things about him. He's talented and I guess so is Jay Sean. I'm sorry if I offended you but you offended me so I pretty much had full rights to offend you.

  • @zeusgirl13 yeah look im sorry i didnt mean it eitha its not nice seeing bad coments about ur fav singers i didnt mean "sux" as in hes bad at singin i meant well for me tht meant tht jay sean is better but thts only my opinion.micheal is talented coz if he wasnt then he wudnt be a singer but he is. no one is better than any1 coz they both hv different talent n r gud at what they do. im sorry i offended u, i didnt mean it at all.

  • @warwickforever

EXACTLY. and there werent even any convicts in south australia, which is why we sound the most british :D

  • @warwickforever get a life! what's with the hate messages? If you are australians, think about what shit you have done to the aborigines people then, ignorant ass! the brits didn't dump you guys there for nothing ya know!

  • @lcklkul well dickehead if you are such an expert you would know that it was the brits that did it to the aboriginies and what did you mean dump us here for nothing Australia is not all convicts and plus you know the worst crimes that were commited were what stealing a Loaf of bread. so dont you dare blame us for a genocide that the fucking brittish did. its not my fault that brittish soldiers did that not the convicts. so suck shit

  • @James100995 Wow. Way to make Australia look bogan

  • @James100995 very well said and I agree 100%

  • @lcklkul the took convicts to 'colonize' America, Canada and EVERY OTHER PLACE THEY BLOODY WENT TO research it you wanker and FYI I AM AN AUSSIE and only about 1-5 are realated to convicts so shove that in your pipe and smoke it LOSER @warwickforever has a point

  • For gods sakes you lot, calm down. It's a bloody concert and he's making it entertaining.

  • Evolovesjimbeam

  • Mick Bubble

  • I don't think anyone ACTUALLY takes offence to this. They're probably just fuckin with ya.

    DISCLAIMER: I'm Australian.

  • FUCKING BRILLIANT. <3

aw, you aussies need to calm the fuck down.

  • I am an Aussie, and I take NO offense at this at all! I think he's funny, I don't like his stuff, but he unknowingly does a good Kath and Kym impression of the didgeridoo 'Noiiiiioooiiii.' And I am sure that there are many more happy go lucky Aussies laughing at this than not.

  • @MissChiefism I'm an Aussie also and I second that. In my opinion if you're an Aussie, and stuff like this bothers ya, then the Aussie way is dead and gone. We're about the most relaxed fellas on the planet..so no more bloody dislikes, I'm no big fan of Buble, but he ain't doin no harm here.

    Cheers mates, take it easy.

  • @MissChiefism I like how we can take the piss out of each other.Australia and Canada have the same sense of humour.Whoever takes offense should just harden the hell up

  • @pudgebl67 haha are you canadian or australian? if i had to guess id say canadian cas any australian i know would have replaced hell with fuck :P

  • @pudgebl67 i beleive its pronounced harden the fuck up :)

  • @pudgebl67 : "harden up" .. or "loosen up" ... treading lightly is a good way to go, I've found ...

  • lol I used to think his name was Michael Bubble, but people just took the mickie out of it ha ha. Hes awesome!

  • It would be easier to do a Kiwi accent, because Canadians and New Zealanders sound softer than Americans and Australians.

  • Way to go, Burnaby Boy!

  • lets have a mix cunt

  • wanker

  • furthermore, You do not have the right to blame us for something that we did not commit, you do not even have the right to comment on Australia or OUR history unless you fully understand what happened, if you wish to blame anyone I would start with the English....but even then, its not really their fault their ancestors committed such acts, you cant hold them accountable for their ancestors actions.

  • wow....i totally love how this innocent little video has received so many stupid comments from @juzu4me.

uh, can some ppl not take a joke? if the person is not even Australian why does it matter? a rather large generalization that we are all of 'convict blood' shows not only how ignorant this person is but how easily they are willing to look down on us for crimes that were committed long before most of us were born.

  • He's a sweetie.

  • Do you know that michael donated money to the charitys for the bush fires. So lay off him, he made a joke, as he does, hes funny and genuine, so just take a joke:/

  • Michael Buble is quite fond of Australia..that's because we are like a warm and sunny version of Canada.

  • @mooneepondskid His ex, Emily Blunt, is from Oz.

  • @surfer53 Actually,Emily blunt is from England..but met Michael Buble at an awards show in Australia..hehe.

  • @mooneepondskid Ahhh I stand corrected. Oh well, Aussie chicks are hot and they're a bit skanky. Gotta love it.

  • @surfer53 His ex was Emma Bunt

  • @ScotlandMaleGlasgow Australian humor.. guess you dont get it

  • ITS JUST A JOKE!

  • why is every one getting the shits? its just a joke

  • Mr Buble is joking about he does this in every country, Im australian/canadian/english jeez take a joke its nothing personal!

  • @Deppdevotions wow, your mother must be a right slut

  • @Deppdevotions you're canadian? I'm so sorry to hear that...

  • @Deppdevotions haha yieww aussie/canadian. we're an elite breed of awesome.

  • When the hell's a sniper gonna take this fuckface out?

  • Awwwh he's super sexy as he is canadian but if he was australian that would be so hot! ;p

  • Aside from the F-----uped ! last name, this guy is incredible.

  • FUCK YOUUU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • ..God I love Michael Buble :D

  • And another thing, as HGJ pointed out, the treatment of Indigenous Australians is the consequence of a belief system at the time that was not created by "Australians" - such an identity and separation from Britain did not exist - but by the British, by a white society as a whole. Chances are it was believed and followed by your ancestors too. So maybe you really are as "guilty" as us.

  • @brownlow4lyf You ignorant absent-minded chump, those convicts became 'Australians' the second they were dumped off on your island and started murdering Aboriginees. I'll bet you'll say something like "No, we never became Australians until AFTER the murdering stopped." Typical....blame it on 'white society as a whole." It still exists over there (as it does in Canada-the difference is we never murdered our natives) and always will. However, you have a nice beautiful country otherwise. Calm down.

  • @juzu4me The convicts weren't generally the ones who 'killed' aborigines it was the military of English command. The worst convicts never left the prisons to make a life and 80% of convicts were larcenists with poor education and living conditions that came to Australia. The people who LIVED and SETTLED in Australia were mainly military and free settlers. Convicts became house-help and assembly-line workers or in prisons. As for aboriginals, that shouldn't be discussed without good understanding

  • @lellbelle That's what your government tells you....well I'll let you believe in your fairy tale without spoiling it then. Have a nice day

  • @juzu4me why would I want to believe that?? I would be much happier to know that crazed criminals went around Australia killing our natives rather than English military who were afraid. It's a stain on our history.

Lol the government doesn't 'tell us anything, it's right there in letters, in photos, in english and Australian history and it wasn't that long ago.. it would be THE greatest cover-up ever o get ALL the people in Australia to tell the same effed up lie.

    Stop being ignorant

  • @lellbelle Oh boy, this would be the first time a country ever tried to cover something up. It just doesn't happen, does it. If a country is ashamed of something of course they are going to try and cover it up. Now quit with the fibs and pick up a book. Read 'The Secret River" for starters, by an Australian writer (can't remember her name).

  • @juzu4me the secret river is a fictional work. Why do seem to think you know more? I've never tried to cover up my countries past, not once. If you choose to reply, so be it, but you will not receive a reply back because I do not wish to be involved in a petty argument with someone who takes their facts from fictional works and seems to think they hold more truth than the history books. Have great day!

  • @lellbelle It's not scienc fiction though--sorry ma'am but you are wrong. You are the one being petty. Even in a work of fiction you have to look up facts when you are recreating history. I don't suppose I should hold you accountable for not knowing that. Have a great day on your side of the world ma'am!

  • @juzu4me late to your reply, but anyway.. I acknowledge that as a nation we were at fault, that Australians are to blame for the genocide, rape, mistreatment etc. My argument was not that it wasn't Australians who committed these acts - but that the belief system they acted upon was not one exclusive to Australia, that 'white society as a whole' has committed similar acts all around the world and thus your own hypocrisy.

  • @juzu4me Of course, I was just pissed at the time by some of your assumptions. I don't mean to imply that because Australia is a different nation you shouldn't care about the welfare and treatment of people here.

  • @brownlow4lyf Ok didn't really mean to offend you, sorry. Of course you come from a beautiful country and hope to someday visit. Cheers, Merry Christmas to you :)

  • Yes, it was horrific. Yes, it is something we should be ashamed of. But people like yourself do not help at all – what’s done is done. What needs to happen now is a widespread improvement in the living standards of those indigenous Australians and somehow and elimination of discrimination. The prejudice you hold for people you’ve never met and situations, beliefs and events you don’t fucking understand is what is truly sickening.

  • russian accent is best

  • @Sidhu03 Yeah the Russian accent LOL. It reminds me of death, poverty and alcoholism. NYET NYET

  • @juzu4me No they don't. Australia is a highly multicultural county and many more people came of free will from england AND other parts of the world. So shut the fuck up.

  • @juzu4me Wow i really hope thats not how you feel. Because man, you need to wake up! It has been some 200 years since colonisation, and we are one of the most vital powers in the modern world. Millions come from abroad each year, to holiday, to be educated, to escape the warzones and poverty of there own countries. We are a heavily westernised and multicultural country. And i think you should go to hell!

  • @juzu4me thats a huge generalization! I am an Australian with no convict background history and there are millions of australians just like my self! get your facts straight!

  • @juzu4me You don't actually know where Austalia is, do you.

  • @UberNoodleX No, where is 'AUSTALIA'? LOL

  • @juzu4me HA HA HA .. yeah you got me ... hah hah hah.

Mr Literal, is it? Nice to meet you.

But you still don't know where Australia is.

  • @UberNoodleX Of course I know where Australia is...why do you keep saying that? How could one not know? I'd even name some famous people from there, if there were any.

  • @juzu4me fail as, all my friends are mainly asian, indian or italian.. including myself being italian but we are all born and raised in australia. sounds like you should read a book for once, or surf the net

  • @TheDarkDimensions I've read a lot of books about AU and they tell me that convicts settled the place. So as soon as one of your Asian friends have a child with an Australian then that child has convict blood. Get it? Stupid idiot, you should have stayed in school

  • @juzu4me Australia was settled by the British - there were free settlers not just convicts. BTW are you aware that around 25% of all convicts transported from Britian were actually sent to the USA! It was only AFTER 1776 that a new place had to be found...

  • @sukumvit Well come on, it was British convicts that settled Australia by killing aboriginees. And they're still killing them today in the form of a kangaroo slaughter..some things never change

  • @juzu4me You know we actually EAT those kangaroos don't you? It is a good, healthy lean meat and the kangaroo is much more suitable for the Australian environment than cattle or sheep.

  • @sukumvit omg you eat roos? You sick convicts

  • @juzu4me Oh yeah! And occasionally we also eat crocodiles, emus and rabbits. You probably don't even want to know about the "Balmain Bugs"... well, just imagine a prawn (aka shrimp) crossed with a giant cockroach... mmmm, tasty.

  • @juzu4me

You really are an idiot mate. Yes, the Australians did kill Aborigines, but it is no different to The Americans killing the native Americans.

And open a real book from a reliable source. Not the propaganda that you are receiving in your schools.

  • @HGJDmino oh shut your diarrhea-hole would you? The Americans would kill anyone to benefit themselves, look what they have done in Iraq for oil. Australians aren't quite as bad as Americans but come on, you murdered the Aboriginees. Be honest

  • @juzu4me

So what you are saying is that Australia is evil because of a world wide standard? In those times, it was common to hate anyone with another skin colour.

I said that we did kill Aborigines, not all of them, but we have also ruined their future.

What I don't like about you personally is that you act as if you are a book of knowledge that is always correct.

  • @juzu4me I seriously could not be bothered reading your entire argument, but I have to say that your hypocrisy and ignorance is really, truly astonishing. Yes, they were murdered, violated, exploited.. and so much more. And at the hands of SOME of our ancestors. But you know what? Those people, those convicts and murderers you talk of - they exist, or existed, in every country. They've wronged people of all nationalities. Germans, English, Americans.. it makes no difference.

  • @juzu4me yeh they were convicts, but in world war II people from europe were deported to australia as a resort, therefore many people in australia are european. and now there are people in asia who are escaping the country to get to australia as illegal refugees. are you retarded in some way? they dont have convict blood because they were born here. they are therefore classified on their AUSTRALIAN birth certificate, that they are indeed australian. They do however have family who were convincts

  • @TheDarkDimensions no, I'm not retarded. Just saying, you have convicts as your roots so you will always have convict blood in you. Calm down, you shouldn't be ashamed of your roots, even if you do have violent blood in you. We're all human afterall

  • @juzu4me oh i thought you were trying to disgrace australia. sorry mate, its the wog part of me that likes to argue. im not ashamed of my heritage or roots, i just take it offensive when people state something about it. anyway. buble forever ;)

  • to me, american and canadian accents are the same except for the word "sorry" lol

    canadians say it "soar-ee"

  • @daccord1 you forgot the word 'about'. canadians say it as 'aboot'

  • @aido1987 No one else thinks that but Americans. And at least we pronounce the Oh sound as its spelt and not 'e-ow'. Ya buncha Sheow Beowts (show boats in yank speak);)

  • @nijaexhile3 hey i wasnt trying to make fun of canadians, i was just pointing it out. And im australian by the way

  • @daccord1 haha yeah I hear that too even and I live here. You guys say Sarry. Its like that for any Aw sound...Pat(pot) Gat(got) stap(stop). Its funny shit.

  • @daccord1 you're right :D ! my teacher was Canadian and she always did that it was really annoying!

  • AUSTRALIANS RULE

  • thats why they call him ''the boob''

    hes just a big tit

    haha

  • The "aboot"s that I've heard were a lot more subtle. It's not really "boot" at all.

  • Fight me Buble

  • I dont talk aboot Canadians like that

  • I'm Australian and he can make didgeridoo noises better than i can

  • Despite loving my accent I have always wanted an extremely rural and thick Irish accent without having to down half the beer in my pub to get it. GO IRELAND :)

  • Fuck you Australian accent is the best mother fucker

  • @matijamarijan for making friends yes, but to get girls speak with a british accent. got nothing against australians, just saying

  • @formerfreak I am an Aussie and I agree, go with the refined upper class British accent, unless your in a country that was heavily fucked over by the British. So just USA and countries with pro Anglo relations

  • living in france, i will say the aussies are great and i like it when they say " g'day mate " just reminds me of home...

  • @carolynsil Yeah well we like it when you say Bon Wee Ami....

  • @carolynsil

Does anyone ever actually say that?

I mean I live in Australia and I say "mate" occassionally but I rarely, RARELY hear anyone say "g'day" xD

  • LOL really? I'm hispanic and I'm surrounded by other hispanics and they say "g'day" o_e Well the one's that can speak english XDD

  • @skuldorai Really? Where do you live? I say/hear it all the time.

Although, I do live in Brisbane...

  • @skuldorai i'm from the Fraser Coast and I agreat. G'Day isn't that popular, it's mainly "How's It Going" (followed by mate)

  • ugh what is up with the soccer ball thing on the player i clicked on it and all it does is make an annoying sound!

  • @joejonasgirl24 Haha that's the "vuvuzela button." It's just a joke. You know those annoying horns that the World Cup fans use? That's the sound they make. Like I said, it's just a joke, and I doubt the button will be around forever.

  • It's just a joke jeez

  • I'm Australian and wanna go to the USA but I don't wanna be made fun I becuz of my accent lol

  • @nicole30594 don't worry! you'll be adored

  • @nicole30594 You might get teased a little bit by some idiots, but it's all in fun.We love different accents, especially if you still speak English. lol

  • @nicole30594 Don't worry, no one will make fun of you. You'll probably get a lot of questions about where you're from and you'd probably get a lot of people asking you how you're enjoying the US.

  • @nicole30594 im from America and i absolutely love Australian accents! Hell im from Texas people make the most fun of us and our accents, you got nothin to worry about.

  • @nicole30594 You won't be. We love accents here, and we love Aussies! Come! :)

  • @nicole30594 Americans don't make fun of accents unless they are funny sounding. Australian, English, Irish etc. we think they are hot.

  • HAHA! I just got back from seeing him at the o2 in London, and he did an English accent - funniest thing EVER! When he said he was getting engaged, all the girls booed, and he took the mick out of all the guys there and went "Oh my god, I thought he was gay. He looks soooooo gay!" Hilarious!

  • Hahahaha! Australians can sound like didgeridoos? LOL

  • hahahahaha when he said dont he kinda sounded like us :P

  • I couldn't stand this guy, but this is hilarious. Seems he's a failed comedian.
