  • So, you're from Malaysia? Where exactly did you do that surgery cz I'm thinking of doing it too =))

  • Looks so good :]

  • Weird (no offense). I thought asians had eyelids like that anyway. The few I know all seemed too, or maybe I just didnt notice, but they definatley havent had anything done.

Personally you looked fine before, allthough I do think it looks better after.

  • i like it. it looks natural

  • Lol omg what's the point? I have big eyes with two eye lids the end up sagging eventually... Your eyes still look ugly after ?? The lids are to small??

  • Your eye became larger and beautiful XD

  • how old are you you look very young! i just didn't know that i could be getting eye surgery right now at my age! lol

  • did u get the non incision nethod?

wats the difference? i heard this one is not permanent???

  • na u dont look like a zome bee

  • AHAHAHA Love ur pronunciation.

    Double eye leeeeeeeeead

  • Comment removed

  • YOU LOOK BEAUTIFUL ..BUT I LIKE THE ORIGINAL EYES BETTER...

  • looks very nice! wow, your eyes didn't swell much at all!

  • WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SINGLE EYELINDS DOUBLE EYELINDS AND MONOLIDS?

  • I can't believe your parents let you do that. I hate how people say double eyelids make you "pretty" Who's to say your eyes determine whether or not you're pretty? God made everyone how HE wanted to be. So you shouldn't change that. But you look pretty with AND without double eyelids. I think without is prettier though.

  • can you get it done at the age of 15? $:

  • Do the nose too : D

  • You look amazing and I fully respect/understand your decision =)

    I have a couple questions:

-where did u get it done?

    -how much was it?

-were the anesthetic shots more painful than taking out the thread?

-did u undergo the full incisional method?

Thank you for your video and I hope u reply<3

  • Hey girl, I'm from M'sia, Selangor. I really love your double eyelid and I've a few questions to ask you. I'm exactly like your situation and currently struggling whether to go for a surgery. I would like to know how much it cost, and how long exactly to fully recover, and how often you have to visit the clinic throughout the healing process. Thank you girl..=)

  • @jaylala00 Don't get the surgery. I'm half Chinese half White, and I WISH I had monolids... please don't get the surgery! We all want what we don't have!

  • dubbo eyeleed

  • how old are you?

  • Big difference. I remember my aunts did the surgery too.

The way you say eyelid sounds a little weird. Where are you from?

  • @DragonRider520 Weird? haha.. I'm from Malaysia.

  • Looks much better, you were stunning before but as a westerner I find the double eyelid compliments your face better :D

  • @sharkeyarthur Thanks :)

  • where did you get your surgery done? Is it in the US? Did you search around for the surgeron? Do you have any recommendations for a good surgeron? Thank you!

  • @beautyfulife Hey i got it done in Malaysia.. Few of my mum's friends got their eyelid done with that surgeon so she recommended that surgeon. I think he did a great job with my eyes. His name is Dr Steve Wong. You can google him (:

  • i like your old eyes better...

  • When you made the last part of your video, how long was that after your surgery?

  • @rush2905 It was about a month after the surgery.

  • Hey, so how old are you when you got it done? Also WHERE did you get it done? Haha, i'm considering getting it done this summer, but i'm not so positive yet, so exactly how long did you have to keep the threads in for? and how long was the entire process? Like, from the tape to when you got the threads out?

    Thank youuuu :)

  • @spydercookie Hi I got it done when i was 20. Got it done at this place called Promenade Plastic Surgery Centre by Dr Steve Wong. In Malaysia (: The threads were taken out 2 weeks after surgery and it takes about 2 months plus for the eyes to look normal.

  • Your new eyes look beautiful!!

I'm getting double eyelid surgery this summer and I want eyes like yours :)

    Who's your doctor?

  • @cascadarulesmyworld Thankyou! Dr Steve Wong was my surgeon (:

  • This is such a cool video! Your the first girl to post a video through all of the stages!! Question do you feel like people think your prettier now with double eye lid? one more stupid question, did the surgey do anything to your vision at all?

  • @neopong13 HAHAHA thanks... Well, some of my friends think I look better now. They said I look less sleepy and more beautiful but some said I'm crazy for changing the eyes that God gave me... Lotsa comments I gotta handle but oh well, whats done is done and i'm happy with the results (: And nah.. my vision is fine.. haha

  • your right eye looks odd.

    (your right, our left)

it looks a bit too tapered in the inner corner.

  • @Rachiewoowoo Yeah cuz it takes about 3 months to look normal and that video was taken only a month after the surgery.. So it wasnt completely healed :)

  • which technique did you do? incisional or non-incisional?

  • @idunno4got Incisional.

  • You looked fine before.. Now you just have unnatural looking lids. :/ You are pretty either way.

  • while I'm naturally blessed with obvious double eyelids (not monolid but not western eyes either) and I like how u look with ur surgery, but I think the doc messed up on ur eyes as it makes it really obvious u had a surgery. I hope u will get 'lines' corrected. But bravo in ur courage to do it.

  • @iml109 That's cause I took this video a month after the surgery. It looks completely normal now :)

  • I like them!

  • I like them!

  • I went to the same doctor which is Dr Steve Wong from Promenade plastic surgery. What i can say is, im sooooooo damn regret i went to this doctor:( He made my right eye look bigger than my left eye and that make me looks like an alien. Feel like dying:((( and his attitude is just....blehhhh. SUCKS! my eyes look so uglier than before:( im so so so regret:((

  • @tabbywon Really?? I'm sorry to hear that... Maybe u need more time for the lids to look normal.. Cause the swelling does make it look like it was done badly.

  • :)) It hurt like crazy!! It looked odd having just Asian eyes, french nose and Asian lips, so i got the surgery done too.

  • How much did it cost?

  • hahaaa you're so cute

  • dubba eyeleeed

  • how old were youu when you did your surgery? how old can you bee?

  • loooool ur eyes is not the problem actually ur nose is !! GOD your so creepy ! i guess eyes only havent made a different !!

  • @Rmoni001 I know... I wish i can fix my nose but i dont wanna stuck a piece of thing in my nose =/

  • @esthyAnn729 the beauty is a trust ! when you trust your self beauty the one u born with ! it will be special and you will glow from inside and u will feel it ! once you love your self and trust your beauty you will see that each time you look in the mirror and with time that will reflect on yo u so that every1 once they see you ! they will go like wow !!

  • Did the surgery hurt at all? How much does it cost? And where did you have your eyes done?

  • I like it but it's kinda creepy...

  • OMG! :) You look so pretty with your new eyes. You look pretty without the double eye lids too so it's like a win win<3

  • @SweetxCandyyy Thanks (:

  • Wow! Eyes make a HUGE difference! You look so pretty now! I am so jealous.

  • @twinklestarz3 Ikr....

  • where do u did this surgery? im from malaysia too :D

  • @ala8203 I did it at Promenade Plastic Surgery Centre.

  • If this makes you happier, then I suppose I am glad for you, but... I find it terribly sad when people feel that they need to change themselves when they are already so attractive.

  • I'm getting mine done next month. Scared for the pain:( what hurt the most?

  • @jeanblaaa When they remove the thread I gotta say =/

  • Ahh! Why are people doing this to themselves? Everybody is very beautiful the way they are before , I wish some people would realize , you don't need surgery to be pretty , because you all ready are!

The people who really need surgery are the ones who suffer from major wounds , but they can't afford it. If you are going to get surgery , it is your choice , but if you read this , just know you are already very beautiful.

  • @catatack3000 they did it to please themselves not others ): I myself wishing to get my eyes done because it is a pain in the ass to do makeup, plus I think i would look better with them (i know because I faked double eyelids with tape) trust me. Id rather see her be happy with the new eye lids then be miserable with the old ones. You know what i mean? ):

  • @Jad3Kiwi

i sorry....I wasn't meaning to upset anybody... I think I see what you mean now , but remember you are still very pretty.

  • How old were you when you got it done? I want them too but I am young! Haha my parents will let me thought! (: but lad it didn't hurt! It made me feel better!!

  • can people know that u did eyelid surgery if u close ur eyes?

i mind, is the line looks fake or not?

  • @SeVeRuSLoVez Once it's healed: nope

  • @BlueBat101 can i know where you do the eyelid surgery?

  • Nosejob? Did you just stick tape

  • Hello ~ I've been thinking of doing eyelid surgery too because I have really small eyelids but I want them bigger so... For removing the stitches, does it hurt? Because other people say it hurts ALOT.. Like; can you compare the pain to something? Because I'm scared that it will hurt ALOT

  • hi so im going to have double eyelid surgery next week, but im so worried about the healing time! because i have to go back to school within one week. so do you think one week's time is enough for people not to notice? thank you so much!!

  • @kimi315 Hi.. nah it wont be enough... It need at least 1 month's time to look slightly better but if you've made your decision to get your eyes done then I think you have to accept what others have to say about it (:

  • @esthyAnn729 ahh i see!! thanks for you advice! but yes I agree, since i already made my decision I should accept what others are going to say or think about my altered appearance. You made my day!!! :) now im much more confident!

  • @esthyAnn729 Where do you live?

  • u looook sooo much more gorgeous!!!

  • You look good either way so whatever makes you happy.

  • aww, i have a double eye lid, and i want a single eye lid, ur eyes were so beautiful before! (they still are)

  • your eyes definitely look better after the surgery. very pretty. :) btw, are you Malaysian?

  • i'm going to get it done this summer, but only one one eye because i have one monolid one doublelid xP but just seeing it before you got the thread removed scares me D:

but i LOVE the after of your surgery! it makes me excited to get it done! thanks so much! :D

  • THEY ARE SO PRETTY :D

  • thanks soooo much for doing this!!! love u<3

  • omg im jealousss D: how much did it cost? and where did you get this done?

  • how much did you pay for the surgery?

  • yeah....i'm going to do the surgery someday so i can stop gluing my eyes..!! lol

love your new eyelids :) it looks natural ^^

  • Your eyes are really pretty with the double eyelid surgery! :D but next time.. can you like pin your hair out of your face instead of keep sweeping it back cause it's not working =_=.. yeah, sorry. im one of those weird people who have a issue with those things. sorrrry.

  • How old were you when you got this surgery? Did the kids in your school say anything about it? I'm planning to get it done, but I'm still in high school.

  • @ esthyAnn729 so you hate the eyes u were born with

  • @relentless4g63t wow dude people get nose jobs, bigger lips, face lift, so are you implying these hate the nose, lips, and face they were born with

  • Wow U turn out more pretty after u do the surgery :]

  • @smileymawong Thankyou (:

  • I was born with double-eyelids but having double eye-lids do make your eyes bigger.

  • @JujuNomNom Yeap it sure does and i Love it :) i wish i was born with double lids though... haha.. so b proud of your ori eyes doll.

  • Where do you do it? How much?? It's so tempting!! ><

  • at first it looked a little iffy, but after the thread was taken out, it makes you look even more beautiful now than ever!! <3

  • @inuxlove530 Thankyou.. I was worried at first too.. haha.. It takes about 3 months time to look close to normal..

  • your eyes are pretty now!

for everyone saying it doesn't look good now, shut up please. because we didn't get to choose how we were born. And now with the option to change that, why not? Are you saying someone born with a disability shouldn't try to change that? This is just being born with something you dislike and then having it altered. I don't see how that is bad at all. We didn't get to choose our nationality or hair color or eyebrow shape, but we can change it. it's called taking action.

  • @YouCanStillPlaySP Thankyou for speaking up for me. Appreciate much (:

  • Pretty result!!! Is 13 too young for surgery?

  • @Heeyeon123 Yes. Haha. You should wait til you're 18. Thanks for the compliment (:

  • LOVEE YOUR NEW EYES.

  • livelovelaughx3333 i agree with you 100% she is slapping her mother and father in the face saying why did you make me asian lol.

  • you eyes were just fine before the surgery, now you look like a white girl i guess that was the reason for getting the surgery in the first place another self hating asian .

  • @relentless4g63t lol how the hell does she look like a white girl, I'm asian and I have natural double eyelid does that mean I look like a white boy. If you think she looks like a white girl because she got double eyelid than you must be stupid as fuck

  • @relentless4g63t Making my eyes a little bigger doesnt mean I want to be a white. There are asians with natural big eyes. Don't define asians just by their eyes. If I hate my race I would bleach my skin or fix my nose too. Lol.

  • What if u're an asian who have double eyelids but want to have single eyelids?... Is there surgery for that or anything that makes that possible?

  • @asianmusic99 Haha I am not sure. You can google it! :D

  • btw you look really beautiful.. I personally think that people who get plastic surgery done are brave.. in a way because there's the risks and the thought of surgery scares me.. Haha you're really cheery both before and after it though.. so that kind of comforts me a bit ^^" But theres so many places I could get it done.. How did you choose your surgeon?

  • @chocmintsify My mum came to know this surgeon from her friends who went for surgery and their results were great. So actually my mum thought i would look more confident with a bigger eyes thats why she set an appointment for me to get it done (: I love my mum! haha

  • I'm considering doing it sometime in the future.. but it scares me so much X_X Been reading up on risks and saw some pictures of when they opened the eyelid up.. =/ Was the anesthetic they gave you enough so you didn't feel any pain? I';m scared it's going to hurt :( Did you have to do after care follow ups with the doctor?

  • @chocmintsify I did not feel ANY pain at all. Don't worry. If you go to a good surgeon, nothing will go wrong. After surgery I went to see the surgeon for 3 times. Thats all (:

  • @esthyAnn729 I'm considering travelling overseas to do it because it costs SOOO much more than what you paid to do it in my city... like.. 6.5x more (i checked!). How far was your last check up from your surgery date? 3 or 6 months?

  • @chocmintsify Which country are you in? My last check is 3 months after the surgery.

  • @esthyAnn729 Oooh I see. I'm from Australia. So yeah I think it'd be better to go to Asia to do the surgery since the surgeons will have more experience AND it'll be cheaper. 3 months isnt too bad. I think it would actually be cheaper to fly back for the checkups than pay 6500 Australian dollars to do it here haha.

  • @chocmintsify I see, Yeap its cheaper for you to fly here since it is quite nearby. I did not go back for the last check up though cuz my eyes were fine :p

  • Which country are you from* haha sorry.

  • @chocmintsify if you have thin lids, they don't cut the lid, they just raise it up and sew or laser them

  • You look beautiful:) did you do the suture method?

  • @k10xify Thanks and yeap..

  • you looked beautiful before though!!!!!! so JEALOUS of your single lids!!! you looks pretty both ways

  • @ringdingdongable Thankyou (: I prefer my new eyes cuz i took more confidence... my old eyes make me look sleepy cuz i hav lotsa fats in my lids..

  • @esthyAnn729 I was jealous of your single lids before because most of my friends have single lids and I'm the only one in my group of friends with double lids. white, african american, and hispanic people can also be born with single lids. A lot of my white friends have no double eye lid. I'm also jealous you had the courage to go through surgery. and I'm pretty sure there is no surgery invented yet for people born with double lids trying to get single...ah oh well (:

  • Honestly I don't understand this double-eye-lid thing among Asians. (I'm not Asian) I think you looked beautiful before. Not saying that you don't look pretty now...I just don't see why you felt you had to change.

  • @Sharayai Well it is a choice i've made.. too late to regret anyways.. I love my new eyes it gives me more confidence (: Thanks for your compliment..

  • @esthyAnn729 You're welcome! That's good for you! I am glad you're happy about your decision.

  • @Sharayai some people don't like it, that's why. there's no deep meaning behind it. it's just a matter of preference, like hair color, nail color, eyebrow shape, length of nails, etc. When my nails get too long and hideous, i cut them. I feel like i had to have that change because i think it looks horrible, and the kind of change is ACCESSIBLE. so why not, if you like it, if you can afford it, if you want it, if it's legal, if it doesn't affect anyone but you.

  • Im set on getting my double eyelid surgery after watching this video lolz

  • @gazelle1991 Make sure you go to a good surgeon (:

  • You're ridiculous! You were beautiful before! I'm jealous of the way you looked before! So pretty. Not that you don't still look pretty.

  • @HustlexNxFlow Thanks (:

  • How old are u?!

  • How can the Japanese be so smart but yet so stupid?

  • @attemptingtobehumble I'm not a japanese but your comment is very insulting to the japanese..

  • i love it...how much was it

  • how much did u pay for the eye surgery? :?

  • Hi,

Can I ask which process hurt you the most? Was it the part where they removed the stitches or when they were doing the surgery? Or maybe the injection part?

One more thing, if you had to compare that pain with something, what would it be? Paper cut? Vaccination?

Thanks for your reply, it's very much appreciated.

  • Looks so much more beautiful!! Really worth the pain!

  • @esthyAnn729 I know what you've been through. My relatives and my mom have said horrible things about my monolids. But I just embraced my features.

  • Tbh...I feel like people who get double lid surgery never really think how would they look like afterwards...sometimes people who want the surgery never tried losing weight and losing weight on their face, it can make them look really good and not worry about eyelids...Or maybe people don't realize that their eyelid doesn tlook "good" is because of their nose, I dont know but theres lots of factors that people dont seem to understand.

  • because my eyelids are like half single half double, i tried double eyelid sticker but it doesn't work either ><

and i heard that after you do the surgery you will have to do it again every few years to have the double eyelids is it true?

  • you were beautiful either way!!!

  • I might going to have this done as well in a couple of years. May I know for much you have gotten it done and where exactly or at least in what country if I may ask? Thank you! And just ignore the haters, they trully don't know how it's like when people go through these kind of procedures and most important the reason behind it. Let them be jealous.

  • @FarewelI I got this done in Malaysia ofcourse. There's this surgery centre called "Promenade Plastic Surgery". It was done by Dr Steve Wong. You can google their website as well (: Yeah about the haters, I think they are lifeless people. Haha...

  • may i know hiw much did u get it done ? n is it painful when they remove the stitches? where did u get it done ?

  • @candyxmkh It cost about 3k MR for this surgery. Well, removing stitches from the lids sure hurts. But the pain is bearable. Haha.. But nothing is more painful than getting braces. That process hurts the MOST! LOL... I got it done at this place called "Promenade Plastic Surgery Centre". You can google it (:

  • Love your eyes! I've always wanted double eyelid surgery, too! How much did you spent on the surgery? And where did you get it done at?

  • @sexy559mama Thankyou(: I've spent about 3k (MR) for this surgery. I got it done at this place called "Promenade Plastic Surgery Centre". You can google it (:

  • thats great thanks! are u korean or chinese? :)

  • @DemonSLO Malaysian Chinese.. haha

  • @esthyAnn729 ahhh cool :)) wouldnt've guessed that hehe

  • is there any long term pain or discomfort /?

  • @Birwood99 Nope.. I feel fine now (:

  • 1:30 scary!!

  • Wow, how can you say it's not a big deal? It's like giving you're giving a slap to your parents face, saying you don't like how you came out. It's sad that Asian girls turn to plastic surgery nowadays for double-eye lids. Personally, being a Asian I think the girls should just learn to live w' what there given & just cherish it. Seriously, you were beautiful before I'm telling the hundred percent truth.

  • @livelovelaughx3333 My mum was the one who brought me for consultation.. If you don't know what i've been through then dont comment..

  • @livelovelaughx3333 Yeah, i think the same..

  • Comment removed

  • I kinda liked your eyes before the surgery but oh well.

  • you look pretty with ur new eyes!! i REALLY like them =D it was really worth it

  • Comment removed

  • @pillowator U said I shouldn't do my eyes and then asked me to fix my nose? LOL.. U just tripped on your own tongue you jealous freak! And are u insulting the indonesians? I have friends from indonesia and they can speak better english than you.. If you don't like this video then just don't watch it.
