SO the 1987 version... listen to the synths [original was electric organ] and look at the young band with hair piled high- the original Whitesnake was more old-school, at one point Jon Lord and Cozy Powell were in, more like Deep Purple or rainbow. Oh yeah, in the '82 version, he sings "Like a -hobo- I was born to walk alone", changed to "drifter" so American audiences wouldn't think he said "homo".
