the trick where you catch it between your legs, after you catch it, you're supposed to do an around-the-world with your knee and catch it with your foot again. It looks really good, you should try it ^^. but good job anyways.

this is really good. im trying..and i got most of those moves down. i can put it in my neck lay down like im about to do a push up then roll it down my back then kick it up with the back of my heel. try it. its not hard at all once you know how to catch it with your neck and lay down. good job again.
