  • All of these guys whining about not finding a zipper: Just go to a clothing site, just look for jackets and sometimes they have close-ups of the zipper ;)

  • amazing tutorial but i seriously wanna murder you >:C I TOOK LIKE 3 HOURS JUST LOOKING ON GOOGLE FOR A FREE PIC OF A ZIPPER!!!!!!!! O.O but great tutorial! :D

  • this is very helpful :>

  • Im trying to do this technique but with a portrait and a face obviously has a lot more bumps, textures and when the warp tool is used it is un-proportional ect. I've found the puppet-warp works better but Im still struggling to get the desired outcome. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks :)

  • I Love How He says "But Hey, It'll Fill A Hole! :)" HaaaaHaaaa!!!!

  • Excellent integration, but why would you choose the color black on the zipper?

  • Hi Gavin,

Love the video..!! i have been playing around trying to do the samr thing, the problem i am having is, when i split the apple i only get one layer not two as you are showing in your video. When i go to transform then warp i can only do this to half the apple, dont understand what i'm doing wrong.

    Kev

  • @Kevie000 If you select half the apple (marquee tool), cut it and paste it back on you should get the apple split on two separate layers. Then you can warp the individual halves, be sure to click on each layer to select the one you want to warp, and rejoin them when you're done with the merge layers command. Hope that helps.
