This 79 tour was the shit! I saw them twice on this particular tour and they still jam but back then they were new and fresh. The #1 rock show in the world with KISS holding the second place because their show was pretty awesome back then too.

I just got back from the Van Halen concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. It was unbelievable. David Lee Roth is back and better than ever. I swear, his voice sounds stronger now than it did back in the day. Eddie is still Eddie, and Wolfgang is a real talent, instrumentally and vocally. Go and see Van Halen in concert ASAP!

I just got back from the Van Halen concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. It was unbelievable. David Lee Roth is back and better than ever. I swear, his voice sounds stronger now than it did back in the day. Eddie is still Eddie, and Wolfgang is a real talent, instrumentally and vocally. Go and see Van Halen in concert ASAP!

that was the start of the end but not the end i mean i myself was born in 1977 so i was a kid,but the record charts and my folks who were in there 20's during this time would say different your refering to the record burning in chicago,yes some refer to that as the day disco died but that was not true it was the beging of the end but not the end,late 1980 going into 1981 is the real death of disco by what older folks who lived throught this era have told me and the pop charts of the time

mikmik, I am not referring to this record burning in chicago, I never heard of it happening and I dont know when disco died. I was born in 76' but anyways we were both just babies then. Maybe they were trying to cash in on disco, everyone tries to cash in on the lastest fads but I really dont think this song seems like disco. To me its just a very classic rock song. In fact I didnt even know the song came out in 79' I thought it was more like 83' or 84'.
