Well I got an i3 OC 3.35 Ghz, 6 GB DDR3 (2000 Mhz) RAM and an nvidia GTX 460 and this shit still lags...even Crysis 2 doesn't lag on my system on Ultimate settings...:S

Hey im wondering if you can help me out, ive currently got this and can play it on my laptop but on low settings which is pretty shit so im thinking of buying a gaming laptop, any ideas on a specific one which could run this on medium to high settings with no lag? much appreciated mate =)

thats alright but i guess if ur gona game buy a comp i7 and around 12gb of RAM and a quad gtx295 you'll fly though all games

Thats more decent, yes! However, I don't overclock. I never did that. I know you get better performance, but also more heat production and the lifespan of your CPU is less. Maybe I will OC when the warranty expires.

my laptop got a intel core 2 extreme 3.06 ghz and 4gb ram+ xfx geforce 9800gtx in sli= 2 9800gtx cards, but with settings on very high 16Qsa i only have 10-20 fps on the benchmark, but on just very high i got above 70.:/ so i wonder why i don't get more fps:/

Sounds like a hairdryer be careful with the temps

cuz they can screw your m1330, there are lots of issues regarding these nvidia chips.

my computer has 2 gb ram , amd athlon x2 4800

80 gb storage device .... i can run the game full graphics with 1024x768(only) with a nvidia 7300 512mb video card!and it only loads for 8-10 seconds..i think its the ram or something...

i dissagre i have a pentium d cpu,and a 9800gtx,and i play crysis,call of duty 4,world in conflict,etc on max settings and i get 30-35fps with resolution on 1680-1050,and anti-aliasing on x2 exept for crysis

Its always been a combination of the CPU, RAM, AND GPU. Not just one!

And thanx to Dx10, low memory graphics cards can still perform if you got the RAM.

For the new games like crysis,call of duty 4,farcry you need most powerfull video card. 8800M GTX or dual 8800M GTX in Sli. Less its a joke.

I guess you have no clues about vid cards or comps. You dont need an 8800 GTX, or Gtx in Sli for any of this games to run smoothly. The only way I can see my self getting an 8800 gtx is if I am a rich bastard but I am so glad that game companies optimize their games so it can run very nicely in decent comps.

btw my dell vostro 1500 runs cod 4 with most things turned on at 38- 55 fps and at max res. I can also run crysis at mid settings with res turned down a few notches.

I run it on a windows xp whit a dual core 2.8 and a 8800 GT setting verry HIGHT, and i play it like a KING but dude your laptop ROCK... i never fought that a laptop could run it...

Regardless of it being a laptop, keep in mind it isn't a laptop geared for gaming. It's a 1330, not a 1730 or 1710.

Secondly, that bar on the left, when you have SLI enabled to be seen in gaming, it shows that bar, is that SLI? If it's not, nevermind, if it is, how are you running SLI in a 1330 that doesn't support, nor come with sli options?

I find 'low' at 800x600 works better for me. eye candy is very nice.
