I find the stair climber very effective, but I have stopped dropping fat and have been the same for a while. I am 6ft and 200lbs with about 18% body fat. I could probably tweak my diet a little.
I dont want to be one of those guys, but anyways I believe wrestling is the most cardio intensive act one can do. But I guess for your clients elliptical or running would make more sense.

Great video Yuri! I use the elliptical a lot lately because my knees hurt whenever I run so I'm trying not to overdo it. Good cliff hanger!
