Why do you have to take the leftover polish out after only dipping one nail? Why not reuse?

@sacampbell719 Because when you pull the nail out, all the polish on the surface will stick back onto the nail and make a huge mess. Also it dries pretty fast so even if you could pull a clean nail out, there wouldn't be enough time.

You can dip 2/3 nails in at once though. I only did one this time because I was filming on a falsie :) I dipped three in on my short nailed friend :)

@RippnerVision If you can create the same effect with a brush, I'd love to see. You might be able to get a similar pattern, but I guarantee it won't come out anything like water marble. Try it, both ways. See what happens :) xxx

I have a question- why use the see through polish? Since there are only two colors, wouldn't it be faster to do the marble with the black and color (green here)?

@moietmavieana There are more than two colours. I made a gradient with the colours underneath. It's discreet but you can see it in the pictures at the end.

But yeah you could do it with just black and green/pink/blue and that would look fabulous! :)

@LittlePinkAngel14 Nail polish on my nails, and tape around my finger to avoid getting polish all over my fingers. In my other water-marble designs I show it with my fingers. This one had to be a falsie because I failed to film when I did it on my real nails ;D xx

@MsCerise007 No it won't :) No water actually gets on the polish brush anyway - the water pulls the polish from the brush so barely touches it :) it is better to drip it in though :)

Thats a good idea yeah. I hardly ever use falsies for marbling but I quite enjoyed squishing the nail polish back into the blu-tac afterwards... it made it lumpy and strange... I'm a weirdo like that ;) xx

Filtered water isn't sold in bottles [at least I've never seen it] - I used a water filter. It's like a jug with a filter inside it. You just fill it with water and when you pour it out, it's filtered! I got mine for about £15 from a home store [one that sells household and kitchen stuff] xx
