It's not charge partitioning, it's charge buffering. Charge partitioning doesn't exist in SFIV or SSFIV.

Charge buffering is charging a move while doing another move. For example, Guile's Sonic Booms are buffered by doing

Back, Forward, Back+Punch.

This gives you a few extra frames to begin charging. For Bison, it should go like:

Back, Forward, Back+Kick.

What this means is that you should hold BACK for three seconds (to complete the charge), then move your stick to FORWARD and immediately do BACK+KICK. This should begin the charge earlier than if you simply hit FORWARD+KICK

Poor Damdai dropped too many opportunities to take control, gain momentum and win the match.

1)Dropped combos, no super punish for jab dp during final round (which would have totally made sense seeing as how Dic had U2 online.)

2)Lack of footsie success. No c.strong counter hits. (especially for link c.fwd>ex.hado)

3)That jab.dp should have been a free Ultra at 7:31

4)If he wasn't planning to burn dic out of his focus with ex.hado, he should have baited out dic's u2 with hado>>Fadc
