I hate when you do something like this- yb footpedal (Fp) b fp rb Fp yb and u end up doin footpedal when u should be doing blue them u completely lose the rhythm (y= yellow, b= blue, fp= foot pedal, etc.)

I'm not really certain if you're not a drummer and don't understand the terminology or what. But the best way to describe it is, that due to the fact that the bass is in between each of the notes (and your limbs naturally want to stick together) it's a matter of being able to break what your body is used to doing.
