very nice video. It's not a tiger shark though, they really are not found in the colder waters of the Pacific Ocean.I totally agree with raiderjj24. It really resembles a sickelfin smoothhound. They get big and are indiginous to San Diego. They swell around in the shallows near the pilons looking for that fishermans "FREE MEAL" They get large, have a massive tooth display and are caught there frequently there. About 3/5 catches are sickelfins out there. Great capture for a video...

most smoothhounds dont get bigger than 4ft. Every once in awhile they catch em at the 5ft mark but never bigger than that. so I highly doubt this is a grey smoothound. Otherwise this world be a world record. But good guess. Its really hard to tell in this video.
