  • arnt u ment to put the engine noise cover on the inside???

  • One word. Turbocharger.

  • Check out my bike. I have the same bike... But did things differently.. By the way nice job!

  • Looks like one hell of a way to burn the shit out of your leg

  • gringo burro vai queimar os ovos no cano da descarga

  • Man it's just on wrong dude

  • Gunnar burn your leg ain't u ? just sayin I had a chopper expansion on it was downwards

  • Dude, blow your nose, it's making me gag listening to it. lol

  • Does that not burn your leg

  • Nice bike I just got a boygofast kit for my bike but it doesn't run like yours does:)

  • Do you need a license to drive it

  • is this thing street legal

  • He sounds like mc lovin lol

  • Sounds like what it is... a chinese chainsaw motor bolted to a bike :-/

  • Thumbs up for Sick bike parts check my video.. lol

  • Forget the shift kit. Just get an HD rear hub. ...Direct drive. And keeps it legal to drive. Shifting gears make it so I can't registaring it. $3 a year and I can ride it anywhere (but the highway) but it can't be over 49cc, no more then 2 hp (and of course "honest ossifer, it ain't") and has to be single speed.

And the HD rear hub is like $50. The shift kit is what $250?

  • very cool but id suggest u get a shift kit also im saying this because on my bike the stupid 44 tooth sprocket destroyed over 3 rear wheel on mine and i no longer ride mine because of it. the shift kit will make a lot less stress on the rim. love the bike anyway dewd.

  • I cant upload a video to show you (no camera), but if you were to open up the exhaust port 2mm wider, 1mm taller, and make a slightly thinner base gasket, your motor will rip. I paid $20 for a new jug to do that to. It is an increase like going from stock to the SBP pipe and filter, on top of those parts. Pretty much doubles the gains. The throttle response is light switch fast.

  • @SouthernWhiteTrash the exhaust port right next to the cylinder in the engine block right, not in the exhaust pipe itself???

  • @BallerSkier Yes, when you remove the exhaust, it is the hole that you see on the cylinder. I have to give you an update: my bike is the same as yours, and the motor revs higher than stock now. I have has two gas tanks break off the mounting studs and spill fuel everywhere! Thats just a heads up if you end up modifiying the cylinder ports. Some kind of vibration at higher rpm is doing it.

  • @SouthernWhiteTrash that's because the Chinee simply put a bigger piston on the 49 cc motors to make it a 66 cc then they don't balance it for the extra weight. The faster you go the worse the vibration from being out of balance gets. you can get a crank balanced but that can cost more than a new motor.

I sold off my Chinee shit at a major loss and got a Morini pitbike motor I'm putting on a Dynacraft West Coast LTD. Look around at craigslist and the like, pitbikes for $50 up can be found :)

  • lol sounds like my chainsaw, thats awesome

  • sooo..you burn your leg yet?

  • Thats a sweat schwinn, I am building a gas bike using an ocean pacific roller cruiser bike. The exhaust sounds great but I would be concerned that police might think you have something big on that bike and pull you over.

  • didnt the hot muffler, right by your tender thigh, burn you a bit?

  • i just got this bike and did the exact same thing to it!!, we must think alike

  • @mastax1234 It's really IMO the best bike to install the kit to. It has gears, front and back brakes and a nice little rack which I seem to use A LOT.

  • @dowblab i installed the bikemotorparts friction kit on mine, i had to remove the fenders and the rack

  • @mastax1234 that always stinks when you got to remove those nice fenders.

  • Great job on the video and the bike. Those cruisers with the Chinese motors are cool because they look like old vintage motorcycles. Nice to see a video with some cool performance stuff and before & after footage.

  • @MrTadaaaaaaaaaaaa If you can purchase the U bolt adapter that I have seen in the second update video that would be your best option. You can weld it but just remember these bikes always require different types of adjustments and by welding it to the frame your taking a huge risk. And I also heard that it's tricky to weld aluminum but idk about that, I've never welded in my life.

  • @dowblab hey the xpansion chamber that has been installed on the bike has been installed wrong it suppose to go on the bottom so that spare bracket can bolt onto the frame and not burn u.

  • @dowblab Hey bro where can i buy a kit to motorize my bike? :D

  • I know a guy that is selling this same bike for 4.25. Is it better to buy the kit and set it up?

  • love it when the video creator's rage comment is the highest rated comment xD

  • Man!!! Awesome video :D!!!!! Sounds hellll goood after the mod :D! i just ordered a whole heep of stuff from spb, except I'm half a world away, literally.

    Safe riding.

    Peace

  • dowblab from stock was the sbp a really good upgrade? i mean does it help with lower end ?

im a big guy about 320 i have a stock muffler a 68 cc and 48 tooth sproket...

im just wondering if this will help

  • @IRONMAIDENFAN2006 YES! It's perfect for your situation. It helps a s*** load with low end power. When I had the stock sprocket it took a little while to hit my top speed (about 25mph) With the exhaust I could tell you it cut that time in half EASILY! I would hit my top speed so much quicker that I got annoyed and went out and bought a 38t sprocket :)

  • @dowblab yea my sproket is 48 tooth with stock everything... i would top out at 20 mph and it shakes like mad.... thats my next thing to figure out.. stock mounting with the bolt though the frame but shakes like hell.. scares the crap outta me.. so i drive at 19 and under... hills are a problem small ones fine

i just got word from a guy i buy off of he said he would order me one..

so hopefully it will bring that low end your talking about to get my big ass moveing lol

  • @IRONMAIDENFAN2006 The exhaust is really the best upgrade I ever did to my bike. And if you want a sturdier engine you could always by a u-bolt mount from SBP. I got one after I realized my engine wasn't sturdy enough and its now stuck to the bike as if it was welded to the frame

  • i might build one with my son how long did it take to complete it

  • @TheGuilty0ne That all depends on the bike you have, the type of kit, and whether or not anything is faulty. I purchased my first kit last September and I didn't have a working bike until December. I went through 3 bikes and had the kit exchanged once. Hope everything goes smoothly for you

  • @dowblab ya i had the same problem bought 3 motors in the last 5 months and went through 12 bikes spending over a grand trying to get the mother fuckers started gave up for a year then tried it again. After second attempt i got the motor running after 3 bikes and then some mother fucker stole my bike and now im having to do another build

  • @pinnywig999998 p.s. after 5 builds it would only take u 2 hours, id start with the back tire sprocket first then put on the handle bar accessories then put the motor on.

  • oh and out of all the things you did what helped the most?

  • @CrackHamsters The exhaust definitely. The air filter did smoothen out the idling a little bit but the exhaust increased my throttle response ALOT and it also increased low end torque when I used to have the stock 44tooth sprocket. Overall that was the best $65 I spent on the bike.

  • @dowblab I've got the same pipe but I added the muffler, really makes it quieter. Cops don't even look at me. Of course, I'm not the first here with one :P. I have a Mongoose Paver, not a good choice for a conversion. 66.5cc motor, hi performance carb(makes a big difference) upgraded NGK sparkplug and spark wire, boost bottle, 56 tooth gear. Big gear because I built this to climb hills and mountians, accelerates up steep inclines :)

  • i put a peice of cardboard on the inside of the gear cover and glued it in helped a little bit

  • freggn AWESOME!

  • Haha I put my SpookyTooth sticker in the same place. nice vid

  • hey lol i got the same air filter you got btw nice bike man 5/5 stars

  • beautiful bike! check out my cruiser project i just installed a 36 tooth sprocket on it cant wait to test it out!

  • Got a bunch of parts in the mail right now. On of them being the SBP exhaust. Can't wait to get it.

  • hi frend, im a brazil, i dont have a good inglish, but how much gain you had using the sports air filter? Thank you.

  • i have a motorized bike and iv been pulled over by cops 4 times in 1 week 1st time the cop just wanted to look because he thoght it was cool. 2nd because it needed to be registered as a moped. 3rd because the state cop told me if he catches me doing over 30mph he'l give me a ticket and 4rth my oil michtuer was way too rich an smocking like a train witch i thought was kinda cool. but the coll thing is that i never got ticketed.

  • For the gear noise on mine i just cut out a cardboard piece and put it on the inside, then cut up an old mouse pad and double sided taped it to the outside = Gear noise successfully suppressed.

  • @cobrachoppergirl Then it's a good thing you don't live around me. Now f*** off because I didn't ask about your opinion.

  • @cobrachoppergirl you suck...=P

  • @cobrachoppergirl trust me, a leaf blower is much louder than a motorbike is.

  • thats a awsome set up bro im getting the 70cc skyhawk with expansion chamber and a boost bootle kit you can get em at mbb emports just google it man.. 10/10 great vid..

  • does the exhaust burn ur leg or ass when u ride it

  • @racer1126 My leg does touch it a little but I've never got burned from it. I used to just wear jeans because I was scared of that happening but basketball shorts work just as fine and I haven't gotten burned yet. The seat puts my legs farther out so it can't touch.

  • cool, i just got one of those pipes they are nice and it does clear everything nicely! i cant get my carb tuned though,

  • doesnt that burn your paint and brake cables?

  • @bigdiesels I guess your talking about the exhaust. If so, no it doesn't. While running the exhaust does get pretty hot but it's not hot enough to burn the paint and it completely bypasses all cables.

  • That bike with the extra parts makes it sound soooo much better than with the standard parts I'm totally gonna check out sick bike parts.com

  • so i take it the motors have alot of push but not very high rpms? love the bike btw!

  • I bought a riverside for my first build at kmark. i may have to lose the rear rack cause it keeps the seat from coming all the way down; bummer, i wanted that rack.

very nice job; i am using the honda four stroke and ez q matic tranny.

  • You can put a silencer muffer on there too to ride through areas where the cops hate them.

  • Weld that idler pulley mount to the frame! Cheers.

  • Do you clean your air filters, or do you just replace them? Also, nice bike!

  • @RoyalFilm We'll the stock air filter didn't need to be cleaned and if it did I wasn't going to clean it since I'm using this new one. I just swapped them out. Also, I'll be posting another update video by the end of the day to show my new sprocket. Subscribe if you want to know when it's up.

  • really nice bike, i need to get that expansion chamber

  • I was riding mine around, and I got a ticket and I have to go to court. In Florida these are not legal to ride on the road or the sidewalk.

And I have a valid drivers license. It sucks because the cop lives a couple of blocks away, and the said next time I'll go to jail!

Why the hell di they sell these kits if your only allowed to use them on private property!!

    They are useless.

  • @1501HP

WOW that really sucks. I don't think there completely outlawed but I know some states force you to register the bikes as mopeds (California) Luckily here in NJ no one really bothers me for having the bike.

  • @1501HP you have to register that beast if it's gas powered under 49cc and only a DL is needed 50cc and above you need the motorcycle endorsment on your DL all in it has to registered and depending on size is DL requirements florida is bass ackwards anyways

  • @barryjbooker nope tried registering it they said i dont have to as long as i got a drivers liscenes my new motor is a 66cc grubee skyhawk 2010 ggg2 series. love the kits love it more when its running by saturday or monday. i like to take my time building them so i dont strip a bolt or stud etc. just striped the drive sprocket feeding the chain through -.-

  • Nice video, I want a sick bike parts expansion chamber on my bike, but does it make a noticable difference in speed and power?

  • Yes. First off as you see in the video it sounds great (even better in person). Not only does it sound great it is probably the best bolt on upgrade you could buy for your bike. I've gotten so much low end torque from this bike now. In conjunction with the air filter the bike starts and runs much smoother and I've gotten another 2-4 mph top speed from it. But it's not only the minor top speed increase but the fact that I get there now in less than half the time. If your thinking of getting it DO

  • If you have any questions or comments go ahead and leave them here.

Also if you want to request a specific video I'll be sure to make one.
