  • my boyfriend is a Yakuza his tattoo is very cool *-*

  • @ 4:09 thats straight dedication

  • They may be thugs, but they also support their country, they gave aid to Japan when the recent tsunamis hit before the government so they get a small +1

  • Yakuza should not be glorified

    they are THUGS

no different than the gangs or italian mafia in america....

  • The only one I saw that actually may have been a horimono tattoo is at 4:06, the rest are just nice renditions of the same style. Yakuza endure years of full body tattooing, not just a couple sessions on an arm or leg. Nice video though! ^^

  • you know this isnt only yakuza tatoo right?

  • Oi entre a luta do bem e do mal ,samurais ,lutadores de kog-fu ,tha -ken do

e rebeldes ,são usadas as tatuagens.parabéns.

    muito lindo

    Malu

  • a bunch of wannabe zip tattoos reall weak

  • Satanism

  • Some of them look like silly imitations.

  • Can't you just enjoy the amazing art on their bodies, without biggering what is what isn't and making pointless comments with shitty english about ass cracks and politics. Personally I think the one on 2:46 is the sweetest on the video.

  • 2:46 nice ass crack

  • none of these are yakuza and there all shit

  • just white boi wannabe yakuza's

  • There are no such thing as yakuza tattoos, the yakuza gang members get traditional japanese tattoos with meaning but none represent the yakuza.

  • @Blindmanstaring That is false... it depends on your status in the clan. The yakuza members get their names or family crest on their bodies and with the tattoos... the yakuza members can recognize what the status and heirachy in the clan.

  • @sxystar41 I know what I'm talking about. No tattoos ever represent the Yakuza, ever. Name or family crests tattoos do not represent the Yakuza. Yakuza do not need to remember status by tattoos, status is known.

  • My father was a Yakuza and my whole life I been trying to be like him and get in the Yamaguchi Gumi, since thats the clan My father was in but I couldnt simply because the Yamaguchi Gumi is the only yakuza clan that you have to be full japanese to enter. And I dont have any family ties to any other clan,But oh well I guess.

  • @grimekeepa Well actually a few austraiians were associated to the Japanese Mafia or Yakuza. Some branches yakuza don't mind foreigners.

  • @schalteria Ofcourse... its the Japanese Mafia, not just going to disappear :)

  • 1:26 and 2:47 are my favorites.

  • u cant just go to e public bathhse like tat...different tattoos signify different gokudos...by e way, nice tattoos!

  • Some of these tats are pretty cool.

  • すごい‼

  • 2.50 = sickest koi carp ive seen

  • there is not such thing as a "Yakuza Tattoo" it's called Horimono .. if you go to Japan and ask for a "Yakuza Tattoo" they will laugh at your ugly face..

  • you think a yakuza member cares if they can go to a public bathhouse, they have thier own. they are ranked as high as the gov't in power. and in hawaii i have went wherever i wanted and i have tattoos on my neck...the reason bathhouses in japan, (not hawaii) ban tattoo is because they cannot tell which tattoos are yakuza related. and they dont want violence in thier business so they ban all tattoos therefore eliminating yakuza activity.

  • What are the songs in this video, and yakuza tattoo's 1?

  • these are not yakuza tatoos

yakuza tats are full body and a lot more intricate

plus they are hand done with sharpened bamboo

  • I want the exact tattoo at 2:26 with my last name in the empty spot shoulder to shoulder...You think this tattoo would be offensive to yakuza since im obviously not one...i mean we dont live in japan or anything lol

  • @cbb101 they'll probably hunt you down and kill you

  • ehh i seriously doubt that so im gonna get it anywas.

  • @cbb101

    Really, dont.

  • @cbb101 that girl at 226 looks like she might be kinda dangerous u realy wana risk stealin her design?

  • yak3 fan, awesome video awesome track and that lady tattoo at 2:46 more awesome

  • what is 3:01 ? please comment

  • 3:01 looks like a monk and a buddha head. Not in classic horimono style at all. It looks a bit like Shige's style from Yellowblaze tattoo in Yokohama, but it seems a bit off. the proportions of the face are weird, but it could also be the perspective of the photo. At any rate not even close to 'yakuza' bodysuit style.

  • ohhh i see . thanks for the information, because my friend won a tattoo / skinfest competition last year, and that is his tattoo design .

i dont have much knowledge about yakuza tattoos but i like them .

    anyways goodday : ]

  • 0n 0:50 WOW!!!!

  • Asian tots have to be one of the most eleborate tats ever, some of these almost looked 3D!

  • this ain't yakuza tats man...yakuza tats are full body or half body..

  • Hows the name of the song?

  • damn nice art!

  • is it the demon Oni at 1:31 ?

  • In Japanese, "Oni" means "Demon"...

  • wow. O_O

  • Don't mean to bag on the videos, but they're just inaccurate. Part I was closer to the truth. Also, Horimono is not exclusive to Yakuza, so calling it 'Yakuza tattoo' is wrong in the way 'Biker-ink' is wrong to describe tattoos not biker themed. Horimono in feudal Japan was traditionally worn by the underclass as well as tradepeople and firemen. Yakuza back then wore it to cover up forced criminal tattoos, but later traditionalized it and gave it a stigma. Give you an A for effort though.

  • Meh.Few Japanese tattoos here, much less yakuza, with maybe only 4 done by true Horishi. Most of these lack understanding of Japanese tattooing. 0:40 are supposed to be chestplates - not a backpiece. 1:21 is Don Ed Hardy.1:37 is Horiyoshi III. 2:06 is Shige of Yokohama. 2:47 is Madoka of Cat Claw. 3:20--29 could be Paul Jeffries. The suit at 4:25 is Hortisune II on Rob Admiraal. Yakuza only display their tattoo during festivals like Sanja Matsuri and generally don't have mohawks or tribal ink.

  • Comment removed

  • i have that exact tattoo that they show like the last one! ,ine looks more lie a painting though i think.

  • These are not Yakuza men wearing those tattoos. Real Yakuza don't show off their tattoos

  • @DeathShooterZ

    LOL

Yes they do. They LOVE to show their tattoos and walk the streets of shinjuku in their underwear showing off their tattoos. Looks like you aven't been to Tokyo recently

  • the one at 2:00 is just so beutifull

  • 3:56 daamn thats perfect

  • best tat in the wholes vids at 0:50

  • yeah, it looks like a tantric deity

  • Tattooing I heard this hurts alot.

  • So Nice...

  • omg 2:00 scared me.

  • Where is this music from?

  • 2:11

The Best tattoo I've ever seen...!!!

  • demonic looking koi fish at 2:50 was wicked

  • i love the yakuza tattoo but what suck about them is they are so big that you have to go back for coloring. well that is what i had to do

  • 2:07 is something i never seen before =O

  • Its amazing how much discipline and pride a normal or gang member japanese person has.

  • 2:07 is awsome and 2:46, 4:08, and 4:26!

  • Thank you for sharing the two videos with us Japantoine. That's art. Fantastic!

  • 2:26

  • the part 1 is better ...

  • 2:46 is incredible.

  • I want to get a yakuza tattoo someday.

  • You won't be able to go to bath house and certain areas forbid yakuza. In japan and probably Hawaii they will not cater to anyone wearing tattoos of any brand. American style tattoos like many bikers have they can't go to public places because people believe they are associated with the Yakuza if they travel to Japan or Hawaii which has a large Yakuza activity.

  • but at least u got to smoke crack for free

  • @Haywood2

you're not making sense, I'm covered with old school american style tattoos, and not one place has ever turned me away while i was in japan, and its illegal for them to do that in Hawaii, tattoos are becoming more and more mainstream, the only people who still really hold discrimination against people with tattoos are the oldest generations. Hori Kuri doesn't mean "yakuza only" and american old school doesn't mean hell's angel.

    It's just art.

    I don't like you Haywood.

  • @skweetmother I mean no disrespect but the local Yakuza are known for their tattoos. Thats why they forbid entry. Even if you have american style one or Japanese one. It is something in Japanese dominant district do.

  • @Haywood2 Rofl i lived in Hawaii for 19 years if there was any Yakuza activity there. i would have known about it..... we had a gang similar to yakuza in Oahu but they were a bunch of chump bitches. BTW people don't tell you that you can't go places with certain tat's you may get beat up but nothing too serious

  • @Failbot9000 Actually, there is alot of yakuza activity in Hawaii.. it's in a website that I researched for school. Because they are alot of Japanese demographic in Hawaii.. many yakuza can fit right in. I think that you haven't heard alot about yakuza activity is probably because it's done very secrecy and underground.. I mean it's America.. not Japan... Hawaii, California, and Arizona are the main foreign exchange in the US.

  • @sxystar41 sounds about right to me, lots of bad parts in oahu anyways lol

  • @Haywood2 I'm not really sure where you are getting your information from about Hawaii. I lived on the main island for a short period of time and met alot of local people with tattoos who were treated no differently than people without tattoos. Also no I did not live in any touristy areas.

  • @Haywood2 yes it might be forbiding for the yakuza to enter bath houses and whats nots, but seriously who is gonna stop them form entering a bath house with a sign forbiding ppl with tatties?
