You are definitely missing the point.  Such a musculinic bending makes Jimi the best in the world. It does not have to sound exactly like Jimi, but his bending does not even recall Jimi at all! I do not then call it in Jimi style. Let's say SRV's bending was in Jimi's style though he did not even copy Jimi exactly. He did not miss Jimi in essense.

JImi played this play often, but his bending is far more musculine sounding. It does not matter who copies Jimi. Not many can bend like Jimi did. This guy's bending is definitely sounds different from Jimi's.
