trustkill left hopesfall in so much debt.

the label didn't want to pay for their studio time at some points, so it came out of the bands pocket.

they've even refused to reimburse the band for some of their tour expenses which the label was responsible for.

they've done this to Throwdown and Bleeding Through as well.

from what i'm aware Trustkill still owes Bleeding Through money for a Deluxe Edition of The Truth that was released without the bands consent.

so i think labels do matter.
