It says it needs that the shape layer must be rasterized?

What is that!?

@LichKing887 Sounds like you're in shape mode instead of path mode. Look for that in your toolbar when you're using the pen tool.

that is just not the right way to do it, there is a more advanced way to do it(but still super easy)

@lucaogmichael123456 I know there are quite a few methods; this is just the one that I would use if I needed to recolor eyes. And I believe I used Camtasia, but it was quite a while ago, so it may not have been.

OR to make it really fucking simple take out your pen tool, choose the option color on the brush settings choose a colour for the eyes and fucking draw DONE IN LIKE 10 seconds

Hmm its very nice buts whats wrong with the lovley blue at the start! the green looks very photoshopped.

This was just a quick example I did for the purpose of the tutorial. I took the first eye I found on Google images and changed its color. If you take your time, you can make it look quite nice.

When i zoom in on my eyes, the get all pixelated and i cant tell whats what, how do i fix this?

Don't zoom in as far.

But thats how far i need to zoom to see the eye its self, like ur eye pic is so clear, if i even zoom like 200 % its alot of pixels?

Sounds like it's just a low quality picture. If you have any other pictures you could use, go for it. Otherwise, you'll just have to deal with it. There's nothing you can do to avoid zoom blur/pixelation.
