Dude, when you saw that blood splatter at the end, you knew something was terribly wrong. You could tell not because there was blood (he was hitting glass so thats no shock), but the way its splattered and sprayed meant that the bleeding was abnormal, which could very well mean he cut an artery.

Fun fact: Goldberg could have literally died this night. You can't see it, but he suffered a HUGE cut on his right forearm and severed an artery. He lost many liters of blood, and missed damn near a year of wrestling because of this. You can see the moment he cuts his forearm when he smashes out the side window.
