Yep, got this on 12. This track does something to me even now, that i just cant explain, but its definately got that jackson vibe that I luuurve. The intro, b-line ,the strings the strings the strings.... oh my..........!!!! I really love you. Days of Heaven club, hittin' that floor, late 80's
A true N.Y.C. classic! wow what a top notch throw back...these cats looked up too Mj & his brothers... you can hear MJ sound & how can you blame them. Anyway a true dust collector ... happy too see others recall this joint also. Peace to the old school heads.
@sta2479 Have you found "Run And Tell That" yet? That was a great album and Dwight "Sqeaky" Dukes was a great fasetto/first tenor. I sang with Dwight "Squeaky" Dukes, James "Diamond Jim" Dukes. Kenny Little and Wendell Miller when we were The Fabulous DelTones (before Heaven and Earth).
In the summer of 1981, I went to one of the premier clubs in Philadelphia called "The Library". I wanted to see what black hits, (if any), got spins in a white club. This song, along with a few others (Give it to me, baby, I need your lovin, Square biz) got exposure.
From the vaults baby. Love sitting around on weekends with my brothers spinning all of this amazing music

Where are these guys today, Heaven and Earth? I used to live in Chi and they were a hot act with great music.
