Music got me through a lot of lonely & broke times. Often it was my only friend for months at a time. And I know the real value of a good pair of headphones, especially if you don't have a great pair (or set) of speakers, or if you live where you can't crank up the volume. My stereo is JVC, 125W/channel MINUMUM (official rating), Cerwin-Vega speakers; and I live in my single-family house in the middle of 13-1/2 wooded acres: I can crank it up any time I want! I love it.
