Ackman is not a crook - we need guys like this to alert us to the bad guys who have been lying to investors for years. If these companies weren't lying - they wouldn't be trying to raise capital weeks after they say 'everything is fine'

Good rejoinder--yes, Bill Ackman cares what people posting on Youtube think, and paid this guy to make sure anyone who bad-mouthed him got an earful.
If you think shorts are criminals, then by all means go buy stock and squeeze the shorts. Unfortunate that people like Ackman and Einhorn, who had been saying nice Nov 2007 that Lehman was over-levered and under-capitalized, now get criticized by the ignorant masses.
