@MrTeeson Practice under timed conditions at home - it will get you used to the exam conditions, hopefully reducing stress. Also, don't study right up to going to sleep - do something fun/relaxing before you go to sleep.
Every time i have exam the next day i tend to stress out (even thou im prepared) and cannot sleep.Is there a way to get rid of this stress so i can sleep easier the night before the exam. One i.e i had 2unit exam (goal 95%) and when i sat it i knew everything.When i got my exam back i got 88% and all my mistakes were silly mistakes... please help me

Haha! Yes, that would be a good plan - apply the steps when you get your marks back so you can avoid this situation in the future!
