Remember the series of Hacker Original Soundtracks they released after the first one kicked so much ass? Orbital, Underworld, and The Prodigy lit it up back then and still do.
This track i think sums up what Underworlds music is all about. The bands trade mark is its random lyrics and they are probably best displayed here than on any other track. Even though their lyrics are completely random they still create an atmosphere and a mood this is what i think makes Underworlds music special.
if you like this you should get Pearl's Girl EP … has plenty of reaaaallly cool remixes … and yes … that is how I discovered Underworld … and still my favorite track
this has got to be the best music video i have ever seen. makes me miss the mid 90's. i might have been 5 years old then, but i was there man, i was there...raving my ass off. i just know it

This track still gives me goosebumps even after all these years. Drumloops interspersed with mentally fast snare breaks....and the lyrics! Unmitigated genius!

It's amazing, I haven't listened to this song in 12 years and all these lyrics are still stuck between my ears. I remembered different words, but the phonetic sounds are the same ("They've explosive, they've explosive" is what I remembered instead of "Dave is floating").

One of the top 10 tracks in terms of electronica. Mindbending stream of consciousness lyrics with an unrelenting break-neck monster beat. I close my eyes when this track comes on.....and I see free-form expression of the highest caliber.....purity in expression that is peerless...and of course Joyful jumping.
